Emily smiled as she saw her dad awake. "Hi daddy." She said as she waked over to him.

Edward stood by incase something happens. He was worried, but was shocked that Kevin hugged Emily. "Thank you, princess."

"Who tried to kill you?"

Kevin didn't say a word as he thought of who could have tried to kill him. "A red head." He said. "Said that she was starting her revenge..."

"James was killed by Ashton. Why us?"

"Because you scared them." Edward tells her. "Let me take Kevin hunting so he won't kill a human."

Emily nodded and watched her mate and father leave. She was happy that he was awake and right before prom. Everything was going the way she wanted it to be.

"Stop laughing, Emily." Rosalie said as she was fixing the blonde's hair.

"Oh hush." Emily said. 'I'm just excited for tonight."

"That's understandable." Rosalie said. "Just think of something else so I can finish your hair."

Emily sighed as she stopped laughing. She was just excited to spend tonight with Edward. Another new memory for her and Edward. Once she was finished, Emily walked downstairs with Rosalie and smiled as Edward looked up at her. "You look beautiful."

"Thank you." She tells Edward. "Ready?"

"Lets go."

Kevin smiled as he took a picture of the two sharing a kiss before walking away. He couldn't wait to find his mate and have the same love as his daughter has with Edward. Everything is the way is should be.
