Emily arrived at the school just to see that the Cullens haven't arrived, but knew she needed to walk to her locker to get some things out. Bella watched as the blonde walk in just as the Cullens arrived. She saw Edward get out and walk in just as the others looked her way as she went back to reading. Where's Ashton?

Emily smiled as she was getting her notebook. She started singing under her breath not seeing Edward there. Edward leaned against the locker next to her's just as she shut her locker. She jumped a little when she saw Edward. "Edward. Don't do that." She said as she stood in front of him.

"Why not?"

"Because you can't just appear out of nowhere." Emily tells him as she started to walk away just for Edward to pull her back.

"I'm taking you to class."

"Okay."

Over the week Edward and Emily have gotten closer. Edward has met Emily's father Kevin. He knew him from Alice's vision of him being with Tanya. Emily has yet to be kissed by Edward, but Edward was trying to hold him self back. Till one day, he couldn't fight it no more.

Emily smiled as she walked with Edward through the halls telling him about what her father said. "So Carlisle wants Kevin to be transfer if he ever has to leave."

"Their a team." Emily tells him. "I'm glad dad has a friend because I hate seeing him like he is."

"Hey, there is someone for your father that will love the two of you." Edward tells her.

"Promise."

"Promise."

Emily kissed his cheek before walking into class. Edward chuckled as he walked off to his class that he shares with he's twin. He looked back at where Emily went in and smiled. He has everything he wanted.

Emily skipped to her car smiling. Edward told her after their last class that he had to talk to his twin. Edward saw Emily putting her things inside her car before getting in herself. Emily backed out just for her to get hit and her car going towards Bella.

Edward watched in horror as he ran towards Emily's car to see if she's okay. When he got over to her, the smell of blood reached his nose making him go faster. He moved through the crowd and reached his mate. "Emily?" He said as he listened for her heartbeat and barely got one. "Get an ambulance! Now!"

Ashton walked over to his brother to help him. "Is she okay?"

"I-I don't know." Edward said as he held his mates hand. "She barely has a heartbeat." Edward whispered. Ashton nodded as he stood with his brother. "You don't have too...."

"Your my brother and I will be damned to leave your side. Yes, I'm worried about Bella, but Emily hasn't left your side one bit and she's like my sister once I get to know her. She's strong."

Edward felt a light squeeze making him look. "Edward." She mumbled.

"I'm right here, Emily." He said as he touched her bloodied face. Ashton was shocked that Edward wasn't thirsting for her blood. "Everything is going to be fine. I won't leave your side."

"It hurts." She said as she started crying.

"I know." Edward said as his heart felt broken from seeing her in pain. He heard the ambulance coming. "Baby, the ambulance is here and their going to take you to the hospital."

"Don't leave me."

"I won't." He tells her as the ambulance and fire department came to help get Emily Hale out of her car. Edward watched broken as he heard her screaming for him, but Ashton kept him still knowing Edward would try to expose them. Once they saw Emily on the stretcher, Edward followed them as Ashton ran to Edward's car. Emily smiled weakly at him as he grabbed her hand. "I'm right here and everything is going to be just fine."

Emily smiled as she felt him kiss her head. She knew everything was going to be alright.
