I woke up to Winter licking my face. I turned over to check my phone to see Onika still on the phone. I guess we fell asleep on the phone together. She called me yesterday around 10 to tell me about the contract. She ended up staying on the phone to wish me a Happy Birthday at 12.

Instead of hanging up on her I scrolled the notification bar down to see if I had any notifications. Ya girl was popping. I had so many Happy Birthday messages, post, and mentions.

I got up and went to Kelly's bathroom. I took a shower and brushed my teeth.

Since I had been hanging out with Onika more I subconsciously started hanging out with Kelly more. It was easier to explain things to her than to YG for obvious reasons. Kelly knew the whole truth about things that had been happing between Nicki and I now.

That night I came over with Gucci bags in my hand she said she had saw me kiss Nicki before I got out of the car. So I ended up caving and spilling everything. I actually felt relived to get shit off my chest instead of hiding things.

I threw on some basketball shorts and a tank top before going into Kelly's room to jump in her bed next to her.

"KELLZ WAKE UP ITS MY BIRTHDAY!" I yelled in her ear only to be pushed off the bed.

"Damn you ain't have to push a nigga." I said getting up

"Yo irritating ass damn near busted my ear drums." She sat up and felt on the ear I yelled in.

"Happy Birthday tho once I get the energy I'll get up and give you yo birthday punches." She stretched her arms out then leaned back into the bed like she was about to go back to sleep.

"Noooo get up!!" I said jumping back in the bed.

"Beyoncé I need like 10 minutes to sit here and think about life before I get out this bed. Walk Winter for me and I will be up when you get back I promise." She closed her eyes.

I smacked my lips then got up and got Winter's leash. I called for her and she came running to me instantly.

"Aww at least somebody happy to see me today." I said letting her lick me while attaching the leash to her collar.

Before I walked out I grabbed my phone. I saw the call between Nicki and I had failed. I thought about calling to wake her up but decided not to since I would see her later at Ming's for cake and ice cream.

Man the more time I spent with Nicki the more I loved me some Nicki. When ever we talked or hung out it didn't seem like things were forced. It all just felt so right.

During the walk I took Winter on I got a few different calls from Kehlani, YG, and My mom.

After getting off the phone with my mom I got a little sad cause I had realized out of the texts and calls I had gotten I didn't get any from my little sister. Solange used to be like my other half despite our 6 year age difference.

I walked back into Kelly's apartment and the small of bacon filled my nose bringing me out of my sadness. I wasn't the only one who smelled it cause it looked like Winter was doing a little dance.

Kelly was in the kitchen at the stove making breakfast.

"Damn it should be my birthday everyday. This the first time you done cooked breakfast for yo house guest." I said taking the leash off Winter then walking into the kitchen.
