Coles pov

25 weeks later

I woke up feeling relaxed in Athenas arms. With my hands covering her stomach. She had a medium bump now.
Quiet round. I felt the babies moving. Well recently we found out we were having twins. We didn't want to know the genders just yet. But I had a feeling that one of them would be a girl. I felt the slight kicks against Athenas stomach. I loved waking up to this. A nice warm feeling, I kept smiling. Knowing I would be a father in roughly 13 weeks. Which wasn't alot if you thought about it. I knew they were going to be born in either December or January.

I felt Athena turn to face me.

"Morning beautiful and my little ones" I said and kissed her forehead with my hand resting on the side of her stomach. She smiled.

"Right you stay here and I will go grab you some breakfast.
"Okay babe" she replies resting her head on the headboard.

As I was cooking pancakes, I received a message from unknown.

Unknown:

Hello there, I've been waiting to see you since you killed your brother. Look outside your window.

Cole:

Um what do you mean? Who are you?

Unknown:

Look outside your window Cole.

I placed the phone down and ran to the nearest window.

Saw noone.

This person is messing with me, then the phone rang.

"Hello?" I ask.
"Hello Cole" the person said. I recognise the voice.
"Who are you?" I ask firmly.
"Hmm...you should know me all to well with the special nights we had together"

I paused.
Wait. A. God. Damn. Minute.
"Tamara?" I said between my teeth. Clenching my jaw in anger.

"Supprise, you see you killed the man i loved and now well, there is only one chance, and that's to kill, pretty, little perfect Athena" she said sounding happy.
"If you touch her I swear to god!" I say firmly, turning the oven off and running to the bedroom.
"Oh not to worry I won't hurt her just yet" she laughs and hangs up.

"AHHHH STUPID SON OF A BITCH" I shout and rush to check on Athena.

"Babe what's wrong?" I hear Athena.
A sigh of relief.

Athenas pov

I heard him shout.
"Babe what's wrong?" I ask as he walks in, he sighed as he sat on the bed.

"Um, so Tamara called, she was mad at me killing her so called "lover" Well my brother and she wants to supposedly kill you aswell" he said looking at his hands. His jaw was clenched, I could tell he was stressed.

"Its okay she can't get me" I said resting a hand on his shoulder.
"Yes she can, she knows where we are, where Jace and Natalia is, she could kill you, babe we need to go to Jace and Natalias House. More protection over you the better" he said already grabbing suit cases.
And I thought we were getting over me needing protection.
But I did not want the babies dying.

"Let me help" I said.
"No you rest for now" Cole said rushing to pack clothing.

Jaces pov

45 minutes later

We heard a knock on the door.
"We aren't expecting anyone right?" I ask Nat and she shook her head in response.

"Hmm I will be back" I said running to the door.

"Oh Cole what are you doing here?" I ask.
"We need to stay here or all of us need to leave, let's speak inside" he said, I let them both in.

30 minutes later

"So you're telling me that crazy ass bitch wants to kill Athena" I said. Cole nodded his head in response.

"We all need to leave, maybe travel, go on a road trip, I have a truck, we have enough money. Let's just leave, she won't be able to catch us right?" I said.

"Youre right, both of you pack, we all need to leave soon as" Cole said and I nodded racing upstairs to pack.

One we were all packed, I shoved the suitcases in the back of the truck.
We all got in.

"Right so were do we head to?" I ask Cole. Who was sitting in the back next to Athena.
"Anywhere the road takes us" he said coldly. And we left.

I don't know where we were going, but I was for sure not going to let my brothers girl and kids die. Even if my life depended on it.
