Erin Ambrosius was born into the most powerful and famous wizarding family in the wizarding world. Her family has bred the most powerful wizards ever known and upon her birth, great things were expected of her.

Not only did her parents had come from two of the most well-known families in the wizarding world, but her grandfather was also the minister for magic. Meaning she and the members of her family are out in the public eye for everyone to critique.

It was no secret that the Ambrosius family intertwined themselves with muggle life and items. That sort of behavior will surely earn anyone the label of a blood traitor, but because of their status and wealth, no one ever dared to say those words to their faces.

Whilst growing up, Erin was incredibly knowledgeable for her age. With her eidetic memory and curiosity, it only took her a small amount of time to memorize spells and potions. She was not only knowledgeable by the extent of the wizarding world, but also by the real world. From a very young age, she was exposed and introduced to the muggle world. She would spend some of her summers there with her cousins.

But when she is in the wizarding world, Erin was mostly accompanied by Draco Malfoy the son of her mother's friend. The two grew up together, they had spent countless amount of days in each other's company and confided in each other.

Similar to Erin, Draco also came from one of the most well-known wizarding families in the wizarding world. Draco from a very young age was thought about blood purity, his father pointing out who he should be associated with. He learned that Erin's family was one, if not the best family in the wizarding world. Their association with muggles can be forgiven because of their name his father always pointed this out. As Draco grew, he has developed a certain fondness for Erin. Not because of her family's status, but merely just because of her.
