After flying practice, the children had a free period. Erin proceeded to her room wanting to take a nap before dinner, but before she could step into her room she was pulled into the three boy's room. She jumped surprised by the three, "Merlin! You scared me!" She said, but they did not reply but instead, the three boys just gave each other a knowing look.

"Why were you with a Potter, Weaslebee, and that mudblood?" Draco asked in a bit of aggression. "Draco!" Erin said in warning when he said the awful slur once again. The boy looked like he regrets it but he didn't say anything.

"What he meant to say was, when did you befriend the three?" Blaise asked in a more calm and genuinely curious tone. "Oh, remember when I couldn't find the trolly? Apparently, Harry bought the whole lot, so I asked if I could buy some chocolate frogs from him he said no instead he just gave them to me, then Hermione walked in trying to find Neville's frog, and then we just started to chat." She explained to the three but no one dared to reply.

The four of them stood in silence after, it was bizarre that Draco acted the way he did it was as if he were jealous. "If that is all, I will be taking my nap now. Goodbye." Erin said and walked towards her room, but before she could close the door of the boy's room she heard faint whispers amongst the three.

Hours passed and it was now time for supper, she sat alongside the three boys but she didn't include herself in their conversation. She quietly sat there and ate her dinner and waited until it was time for their house to go back to the dungeons.

The morning arrived and Erin's first class of the day was charms, she sat beside Harry who gladly informed her that he was now part of the Gryffindor quidditch team and was the youngest person to join in over a century.

"Really? Well congratulations Harry." Erin said with a smile, she then turned to professor Flitwick as he began to speak. "One of a wizard's most rudimentary skills is levitation the ability to make objects fly. Uh, do you all have your feathers?" Hermione raised hers. "Good. Now, uh, don't forget the nice wrist movement we've been practicing, hmm? The swish and flick. Good. And enunciate. Wingardium Leviosa. Off you go then."

"Wingardium Leviosa" Erin stated and her feather started to float around the room. "Oh, well done! See you here, everyone! Ms. Ambrosius' done it! Oh, splendid!" Professor Flitwick praised.

"Stop, stop, stop. You're going to take someone's eye out. Besides, you're saying it wrong. It's Leviosa, not Leviosar." she heard Hermione correcting Ron. All of a sudden Seamus' feather exploded startling the girl. "I think we're going to need another feather over here, Professor," Harry said which made Erin giggle. Draco on the other hand was frowning while looking at the two, an emotion not familiar to him started to bubble up.

As the school was eating dinner, Erin and Hermione were in the bathroom. Hermione was crying because Ron mocked her and told her that she had no friends. Erin was trying her best to comfort Hermione, but she couldn't stop crying.

"it's true you know..." Hermione's wobbling voice started. "I don't have friends." Hermione began to cry again. "That's not true! I'm your friend." Erin exclaimed to the girl inside the stall.

Her statement was met with silence until Hermione slowly opened the stall door. "You'll be my friend?" Hermione asked. She smiled and nodded. Hermione smiled a little... Suddenly a troll appeared, the two girls screamed. "Erin, Hermione move!" Harry screamed.

Before the two girls could, the troll smashed the stalls. "Hey, pea-brain!" Ron then threw a piece of wood on the troll's head. The two girls then moved towards the sink and screamed for help. Harry then gets out his wand. He runs forward and grabs the troll's club, but is lifted up.
