Year 1 Chapter 5

"So what's the plan?" Theodore asked, "Mrs. Andreson always has her group of friends surrounding her right? I was thinking that you two; Blasie and Theodore distract her friends, while I will be distracting Mrs. Anderson herself and Draco, you will be the one to pour the elixir in her drink." She explained and the three boys seemed to understand it so they headed down.

"Remember Draco, you must pour every single drop or else it won't work." She reminded the blonde boy and he nodded. The four parted ways with Blaise and Theo heading for Mrs. Anderson's group of friends, and with Erin heading to Mrs. Anderson herself.

"Good evening Mrs. Anderson, are you enjoying the party?" She politely asked, "Yes, very much dear. Oh, look how pretty you are in that dress." She complimented. "So tell me, how's Hogwarts?" She asked the girl who was signaling her friend to pour the potion. Mrs. Anderson's glass was exposed enough for Draco to successfully pour the elixir.

"Yes, how exactly is Hogwarts?" A third voice interjected and Erin turned to see Timothy Riddle once again. Mrs. Anderson turned and with her was her glass, she motioned for Draco to wait until she was turned again. Blaise and Theodore who were busy distracting the others saw panic in both Erin and Draco's eyes.

"I believe you met my nephew, you danced earlier yes?" Mrs. Anderson said making Erin nod "I think you two have more to talk about, excuse me I have to find my husband." And with that Mrs. Anderson left. "Bloody hell what now?" Draco asked and Blaise and Theo walked closer to them rubbing their cheeks. "Did she drink it?" Theodore asked as he rubbed his cheeks that were now red.

"No, and what happened to you two?" Erin asked, "Mrs. Anderson's friend kept pinching our cheeks." Blaise complained "What happened? Why didn't she drink it?" Blaise asked. "Draco was about to pour the elixir in and I was distracting Mrs. Anderson but someone interrupted." Erin turned to the young Riddle. "I believe you're referring to me." He said with a smirk making Erin roll her eyes.

"Let's go, we need a backup plan." the girl said and pushed her friends to head towards the balcony. But Timothy took hold of Erin's arm making the four of them stop in their tracks. "Why don't you four tell me your plan, and let's see if I can help." The four looked at each other as if trying to decide if they should let him in their plan.

"Just tell him, I'm getting hungry again," Blaise said making Erin laugh but she tried to stop herself remembering that there was something important that needed to be done. Timothy was looking down at her with an amused expression due to the inappropriate timing of her laugh. "Well I don't know if you're aware, but Mr. Anderson has been cheating on your aunt and he gave her a love potion so she won't leave him. The four of us just wants to relieve your aunt from that love potion." Erin explained.

"How do you know all this?" The boy asked, "Well Blaise has big ears." Erin shrugged "It's true, I do." Blaise added making Erin laugh but she made herself stop once again. "So are you going to help or not?" Draco questioned. "Okay, I'll help you but under one condition." He said.

"Condition? We didn't even ask for your help you offered it." Theodore said but Timothy ignored him "My condition is if I help you and if it were to be successful the birthday girl owes me another dance." Erin furrowed her brows at Timothy's condition. "That's it?" She asked and he nodded.

"Ok then, let's get this over with. I think I heard Blaise's stomach growl." She said, "Great, where's the elixir?" He asked and Draco handed it to him and he started to walk away. "Wait, aren't we going to make a plan or something?" Erin asked wide-eyed. "Nope." He said and walked away.

"Why did we let him join?" Draco asked, "I mean you were the one who wanted to befriend him." Blaise pointed out, "Shut up." Draco mumbled making the two boys laugh. "Shhh... he's doing it," Erin said and watched as Timothy pour elixir's into his aunt's drink who immediately drank it. The boy turned to their group and winked at them but more towardly to Erin, he slowly backed away when he noticed that the elixir was taking effect.
