"One cold latte for Zai?" I called out the customer. She popped out of nowhere and greeted me with a smile. She fixed her hijab as she reached for her drink, "Thank you!" She said and left.

I smiled back and let out a huge sigh. Same old, same old. Making drinks everyday like the last summer break. I've been saving money too, which is great. Sometimes I pray I won't get tired doing the same thing since this is the only job I could do for now.

I've been waiting for Apollo for about a month and a half now. Honestly I count the days to know when he's going back. I know the only important thing is to be patient. But where could he be? I'm waiting for the moment to see him again, all good and happy. I just can't really wait to spend my time with him again. Like damn, I miss him so much that sometimes it keeps me awake at night wondering what's going on with him.

Is he doing good? Is he being rebellious towards the doctors? I don't know. I've asked Carol about he's doing but she said he's been doing great. In which I'm not contented with, I appreciate Carol's responses but it would be so much better if it's in detail, yeah?

I just pray to God he's getting better. I looked around and yawned when I see no new customers around. I walked myself to the sink and started doing the dishes, oh also did I mention that the number of baristas added up here? Yup, back then it's just Gerald, Nathan, Brian and I.

And now we're like, seven in here. The new ones are pretty young though, and really kind which I like about them. Oh and also when you call for them? They're always there to lend you a hand. After washing the dishes and went back to the cashier.

I feel someone tap on my shoulder, "You're quiet today, huh? What's up?" Gerald said while wiping the coffee machines. I let out a small laugh, "Nothing, just thoughts." I mumbled.

He raised an eyebrow, "Hey, he'll come here soon just wait 'kay?" He smirked. My eyes widened, sometimes  Gerald can be weird, like this. He just reads your mind and blabber about it.

I rolled my eyes and stood there, I rested my hands on the counter and tapped my fingers, getting bored. I looked out to the windows, just watching people walk by the sidewalk, cars waiting for the lights to turn green.

My eyes landed on one person as they approach the coffee shop, I squinted my eyes to see better. I couldn't see them better with their mask on though, they crossed the street and my heart started to beat faster. Goddamn it, if I get this person wrong I'm going to cry, I'm not even kidding.

They lifted their chin and locked eyes with mine. I felt a thud on my chest as they looked at me. My eyes widened and my lips parted, I slowly straightened my back and rested my hands on the counter. my mind started to think unanswered questions.

"Oh, look! Prince Charming is finally here." I heard Gerald say from the back. They opened the door, a huge smile started to form on my face. They started to walk faster towards me, I cleared my throat.

"Hello, dream girl." He grinned. I talked my head and slightly leaned in closer. I smirked, "Hello sir, Welcome to Java Jive! What can I get for you?" I asked him. He raised an eyebrow and nodded slowly. "Hello, I want one tall-"

"Tall Iced Caramel Macchiato?" I tapped his order on the screen with a proud smile on my face. I heard him gasp, "Yes. Tall Iced Caramel Macchiato" he giggled. I feel my heart skip a beat hearing him giggle cutely.

"Great! Anything else?" I stared to his hazel eyes. He looked down and up, his eyes curved upwards. "Nope, that's all" he smirked.

"Okay, that will be-"

"$3.75" he backfired, I bit my lip playfully. He hasn't changed even a tiny bit. He handed me his card, I looked at it then to back to him. "You can get it for free this time." I smiled and waited for the receipt to print out.

He let out a chuckle, "Thanks, Ms. Winter" he said, lookin down to my name plate.

"The name's Apollo by the way" He inserted his card back in his wallet. I stared at him, my eyebrows furrowed.
"You won't sit?" I asked and felt my stomach go crazy.

He ran his fingers through his hair and shook his head, "Nope, I'll be waiting here." He winked. I rolled my eyes and proceeded to make his drink. I honestly want to just jump on him and hug him. The moment's finally here, holy shit. I finished and handed him his drink. He stood there with a huge smile on his face.

"I was waiting for you, stupid." I looked down then I lifted my face. I've noticed he started growing his hair, it's not as long as before though but he looks amazing either way.

"I know, I know. You don't have to wait anymore" he smiled and patted my head. I felt butterflies on my stomach the second he did that. I felt someone's presence behind me.

"Hey man, it's nice to see you again!" Gerald said, Apollo chuckled and they did the handshake thing, I couldn't look away, my eyes were glued to him. His skin still hugging the structure of his face, he still looks fragile.

"Yeah, me too!" Apollo said. "Lovin' the new hairstyle!" Gerald said, I laughed. Gerald turned his head to me, "You can go home early today, you've been working your ass everyday." Gerald nodded and patted my shoulder.

I smiled ear to ear, "Thanks, Gerald." I said, untying my apron and removing it. I held Apollo's hand, I walked to his office. I closed the door, Apollo removed his mask. "Wanna eat outside?" I asked him, fixing my things.

"Hm?" He said and leaned on the door. "You hungry?" I asked him again. "Yeah, I skipped breakfast just to see you." He mumbled, I turned around, jaw dropped.

"You did what?" I asked him, my eyebrows crossed and a smile on my face. He giggled and walked closer to me, he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I skipped breakfast just to see my girl." He smiled proudly and stole a kiss. "Alright, that's it. Let's go somewhere and eat." I playfully pushed him away and carried my things. He wore his mask again, "Let me get that for ya" he carried them for me. I smiled and opened the door for him, we both got out of his office. "Thanks, Gerald!" I yelled for him, his head popped out of the stock room.

"Have a great time both of you!" He waved and continued doing his thing. Apollo and I walked to his car, "You look great today" He giggled with his hand behind my back.

"You look great today, too!" I said biting my lip, we finally arrived to his car. He unlocked it and opened the door for me, "Thank you" I politely said and hopped in. He closed the door and walked to the other side of the car. "Oh my god..." I said getting excited. I felt my heart jumping up and down. I cleared my throat when he got in and started driving with his one hand.
