"Hey! What took you so long?"

"Sorry I was shaving my face, anyway what's up?" Gerald said. I rolled my eyes and plopped on my bed. I was ringing phone which felt like forever for him to answer it.

"Are you free tonight?" I asked him while playing with my hair. "Uhh.... I erm will go somewhere later" He said.

"Oh! You want to hangout?" He asked. "Nah I'm going to the bar tonight so I thought of bringing you" I rolled my eyes. Honestly, I still kinda wanna hang out with him, he's busy most of the time and I have no idea why?

"What? Really? That's where I'm going too" He shouted and heard him clapping his hands. I giggled, "Awesome, see you there" I ran my fingers through my hair.

"Yup! See you there, take care!" He chuckled. "You too, love ya!" I said and the call ended. I stood up from my bed and opened my closet.

"What should I wear for later?" I sighed and rummaged through my closet. After doing so for about an hour, I finally decided what to wear.

Geez, if Prim's here it would take five minutes for her to choose the best outfit for the day. I miss her and everyone.

Everything has gotten better now that Brian ran away. I just know I couldn't make it if it weren't for Nathan. I never thought Brian would do such thing, he was kind and really quiet. Looks can be deceiving, you know? We don't really know what people are thinking.

I remember when I told Gerald about it, he was fuming mad. Apollo was still weak and fragile back then, I cannot stand him seeing beaten up like that. It was horrible, I can still feel the fear.

He didn't want to be admitted to the hospital again so I took care of him for about a week. He refused but I insisted.

His bruises were so bad but now they're completely healed. I'm so glad he's doing fine now and he has gained weight. He didn't want to tell Carol about this, he knew his Mom will worry for him and he didn't like the idea of that. I understand his point that's why I kept my mouth shut.

I looked over the clock. 3:27 pm. I still have more time to rest, thank the heavens. I yawned and placed my phone on the side table. I rolled over to the side of the bed and closed my eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.

"You look great!" Gerald said the moment I opened his car door. "Thanks, you too" I got in and closed the door. I quickly put the seat belt on and tucked my hair behind my ear.

"So, what did you do today?" He asked, his eyes were focused on the road while he drove off with his one hand. "Nothing, just chores" I sighed.

"It was tiring" I groaned. "And you?" I chuckled and looked out of the window. I suddenly thought of dogs, I've never seen a dog in the car. Like imagine if there's a dog just beside your car, waiting for the lights to turn green. Damn, that's so cute.

"Grocery shopping then gym and took a nap" He made a quick turn. "Oh cool" I mumbled. The silence took over the atmosphere. It wasn't awkward though, it was comfortable.

"Should I dye my hair?" He asked, breaking the ice. My inner glam fairy suddenly acted up. "Oh my god, yes! I think bleached hair would suit you though" I stared at his hair. I thought of more colours. "Hm, yeah bleached hair" I nodded.

"Bleached? Are you sure?"

"Mhm! It's up to you though but I think you'd look so much better if you'll shave your head" I joked.

"Oh shut up" he chuckled and stopped the car as soon as we arrived. We unbuckled our seatbelts off and entered the building. We climbed the stairs and knocked on the door. The door opened and we both got in.

I saw Apollo from afar, I immediately smiled just by seeing him. He turned his head to the both of us, Gerald waved his hands. The corners of Apollo's lips curled upwards as he walked towards us.

"Hey man! What's up?" He patted Gerald shoulders. "Hey! I'm doing fine!" Gerald smiled. Apollo turned his attention to me. I felt my heart drop to my stomach the moment our eyes met.

He opened his arms signaling for a hug. I wrapped my arms around his neck, "Hello there" he chuckled. I sniffed, drowning in his perfume. "God, I missed you so much" he groaned. I laughed, "Chill, it only has been a week" I said and let go.

"What? You don't miss me too?" He acted as if an arrow stabbed him right into his heart. "Oh no! I missed you so so much!" I sarcastically said and patted his shoulders. I straightly went to the bar stool to sit down with a smirk on my face.

Apollo poked my lower hip, "Ah!" I shouted. I'm ticklish. He smirked, "Enjoy the show" he said and walked past through me. He grabbed his guitar and his friends did so too.

They went on the stage, Apollo grabbed the mic. "Hello everyone my name's Apollo, we're going to perform three songs tonight!" He said.

The audience cheered and clapped their hands while I watch him with a proud smile on my face. That's my fucking man right there. "The songs we'll be performing tonight are for my gorgeous girlfriend right there" hid eyes met mine once again.

"Hey Ms. Winterrose Easton, this is for you" His smirk grew bigger.

I felt the air leave my lungs, this is the first time I heard him say my full name.

The moment just reminded me of the first time watching him sing. The moment where I fell in love with his voice. The moment he left me questions about how I really felt towards him. This guy is so different, like what kind of species are you, Mr. Apollo Xavier?
