Atsuko toppled off her chair and pulled her headphones down.

'What the fuck.'

'STOP BEING ANTISOCIAL AND LISTEN.'

'Yes, maam.'

Eri sighed and helped Atsuko up before sitting on top of her desk.

'So, you know how you're totally in love with Tsukishima.' Atsuko choked and Eri smirked before continuing.

'Yeah, so we know that. WHAT ABOUT A LYRIC PRANK. WITH THE SONG JENNY.'

Atsuko groaned, 'You've been scrolling tiktok too much.'

'What's the worst that can happen.' Eri flinched at Atsuko's glare, 'Okay, okay. It could go so horribly wrong. But like... why not try? So at least then you'll know if you have a chance or not!'

Atsuko couldn't argue with Eri's logic. Most of the time Eri was an impulsive and reckless person. However, when she talked calmly she was always way too smart and right. Always right.

She pulled out her phone.

Atsuko glared at Eri who was staring at the messages with a 'I've done something extremely bad' face on.

'Oh god. Atsuko. I... go find Tsukishima.'

Atsuko sighed, nodded at Eri and rushed out of the classroom. Where was Tsukishima's homeroom? Was he even in?

She ran to the front of the school where the last few late stragglers where coming in. There, she saw Tsukki.

'TSUKISHIMA!'

The blonde glared at Atsuko, with what looked like a little bit of hurt in his eyes, before turning around and walking the opposite direction.

Atsuko ran to him and grabbed his arm. He glared and shook her off.

'What do you want.'

Atsuko took a moment to catch her breath before answering,

'Listen, Tsukki, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you or-'

'Hurt me?' Tsukki's eyes glinted with agitation, 'You didn't hurt me. You're just an annoying senpai that I don't care about.'

Atsuko winced, 'You didn't mean that.'

She said it as more of a question. Atsuko looked up at Tsukki's eyes but all she could see was his defences going up to cover the hurt.

'I knew it was a lyric prank. I just... godamnit. I thought you meant it for real.' Tsukki yelled.

Atsuko's eyes widened. Oh.

'I was... kind of happy. I don't know. You know what, f_ck you.' Tsukishima began to walk off before a small hand gripped his arm.

'What the f-'

He was cut off when Atsuko leaned up and pressed her lips onto his.

Their kiss was gentle and full of promise, as a first kiss should be.

Atsuko pulled away and turned red.

'Sorry, I-'

Tsukishima pulled her back in for another kiss. This time, when they parted, both were out of breath.

Atsuko gazed into Tsukki's eyes. They were golden and light. Happy.

'I'm in love with you, Tsukki.' Atsuko mumbled.
