Unikitty slowly awoke, sitting up and rubbing her eyes. She yawned, stretching her arms. It only took her a few seconds to then realize she wasn't at home.
She seemed to be in a cell of some sort (maybe a cage...?). She couldn't tell due to her blurred vision.
Footsteps were then heard from outside of the room. Thump, thump, thump...
Already scared because she didn't know where she was, she was filled with even more panic. "H-Hello...?"
Thump, thump...
"Who's there?" She asked again, her voice quavering.
A door in front of her cell swung open, revealing Master Frown standing there.
"Frown...?" She said quietly.
"You're finally awake. Good." Frown stated, approaching her.
"Where am I? Where are my friends? What am I doing here?"
"Shh..." Frown said. Unikitty stopped talking. "You're with me now."
"What... what do you mean?" She asked.
"Your friends... they left you behind. They left you for me. So I took you away."
"What...?"
"It's true. They told me that they didn't want you anymore. So I took you back to my castle."
"That's not true!" She cried. "They wouldn't do that!"
"They did." Frown stated. "They gave you to me."
"No, they didn't! I know they didn't! They... they would never do that... would they...?"
There was a long silence between them.
"I'm sorry, Unikitty." Frown finally said. "But it's true. They told me that you were just getting in the way."
Her fur slowly turned blue. "They... they would never say that..."
"Our offer still stands, though." Frown stated. "I'd be happy to ask Master Doom if you could become a Doom Lord."
"No." Unikitty stated. "I'm never going to be a Doom Lord. Never in a thousand years."
"Very well, then." Frown turned his back on her and faced the door. "Have fun in your new home." He said, then walked out of the room.
Unikitty backed into one corner of her cage, scared. "Do they really hate me enough to give me to Frown...?" She asked herself, trying not to cry. "What did I do wrong...?"
She sat down, covering her face in her hands, then burst into tears.

Master Frown sat down in his throne and smiled. "I can't believe I did it!" He exclaimed.
KNOCK! KNOCK!
Someone was at his door.
"Come in!" He called. Master Doom opened the door and walked into the throne room.
"Master Doom! You guys are back already?" Frown asked.
"Yup. I trust you've gotten rid of Unikitty and her friends?"
"Well..." He chuckled. "Funny story, actually. You see, I was--"
"You didn't get rid of them?" Doom asked, cutting Frown off.
"Well, not yet, but I--"
"That was your one job!" Master Doom hissed. "All you had to do was get rid of them, and you didn't even do it?"
