Chapter Seven

I open my eyes and we were in his room. I was shaking I couldn't even talk
"Kol what are you doing" I choked out
He just grabbed my hand and took my bracelet off and we went downstairs into the living room where I saw klaus, Rebekah and Elijah sitting and talking. They saw us walk in and stood up real quick
"What are you doing kol" Elijah asked
"See I don't want to go back into the coffin after we're done with her" he finally said
"No one said your going back in" Elijah replied
"But one did" he looked at Rebekah "right dearest sista" he smirked
Klaus started walking up to us but Kol backed up and pulled my neck back. I gulped I've never seen Kol like this
"Here's the thing brother you give me all the daggers or I'll kill us" he said pulling my neck harder, I started crying "we die together always and forever right" He finished
"You wouldn't" klaus shot back
Kol pull my neck to his mouth and started drinking my blood. I started screaming and trying to get out of his grip. Everyone started bleeding from the neck. Klaus ran to us but Kol ran further away
"That's enough Kol your going to kill her" Elijah tried to walk up to us but Kol backed away so Elijah stopped
"Give me the dagger or we'll die" I looked at klaus begging him to just give him the dagger
No one moved "fine goodbye sista and brothers" Kol stuck his teeth back into my neck
"STOP" klaus yelled he walked away and came back with 4 dagger and handed them to Kol. Klaus was about to grab me but Kol ran out of the house with me
He bit into his wrist and put it in my mouth and my neck started healing and so did his.
"No hard feeling darling but I need to make sure I don't go back into that coffin when this is all over" he said getting up and grabbing my hand
We reached my house and kol grabbed my hand before I could go inside. I didn't want to talk to him not after he tired to kill me
He put my bracelet back on "Look Avaree I can't go back to being dead in a box. The only way klaus would give me the daggers is if he was in danger so you were the key" he explained but I didn't really want to listen to him so I just nodded
"There's one more thing" he handed me the daggers "can you hide these from them please" I looked at him and just nodded again
I grabbed the daggers and went inside leaving kol. I went straight to my room I cloaked the dagger and cried myself to sleep thinking about what just happened I thought kol was different.

It's been a week since kol tired to kill me I haven't talk to anyone not even Rebekah I just couldn't see them right now. I was laying on the ground in the living room watching ellie try to crawl
"Hey I'm going to the grill with nik and Elijah" ale walked into the living room
His been hanging out with them a lot and I'm glad because his not stuck here all day anymore
I nodded at him "bye have fun" I got up and sat on the couch
"Are you okay Ava" he asked
"Yea go have fun don't worry about me" he hesitate to leave but he heard them honk so he ran out the door

Ellie was sleeping in her crib and I was watching Frozen I thought about changing it but then I would have to grab the remote and that involves moving. I heard a knock I just looked at the door and hoped they would leave but they didn't do I groaned and got up
I opened the door and I saw Stefan "hey Stefan what are you doing here" I asked
"Just wanted to caught up with my friend" he smiled "you going to invite me in" he tried to walk in but couldn't
"I'm sorry but I can't" I said "we can talk outside tho" I stepped outside leaving the door opened because Ellie was still in there
"So how have you been I have talked to you in forever" he turned to me
"I'm fine just the same old boring life" I joked
"I see you quit your job" I had to quit because I could be in danger nik said. They've been helping with the bills because I had no money after I quit
"Yea nik said it would be best" I explained he just nodded
"Why?" I looked at him confused "why are you friends with them" he finished
I rolled my eyes "there good people Stefan" I said
We just keep talking for about a good 30 minutes catching up. He keep telling me i shouldn't trust the Mikaelsons and I shouldn't be friends with them but I didn't care
I heard Ellie start crying
"Hold up" I stopped Stefan mid sentence and went to Ellie and gave her a pacifier and she stopped crying and went back to bed
"You know I could help you if invite me in" I heard Stefan say from the door
"I'm don't need your help" I joked and started walking back "we shou-" I was stopped mid sentence when I felt a sharp pain right below my rib cage
"Avaree" Stefan yelled
I fell to the ground holding the bleeding spot
"Let me help you Avaree. Invite me in" he tried to come in
I opened my mouth but nothing came out

Stefan POV
I was distracting Ava so Damon's will be able to kill kol with no interruptions. Well we were talking Jeremy snuck into Ava house and grabbed the white oak stake in her room. We knew it would be here Klaus wasn't stupid he knew we couldn't get in. As I was talking Ellie started crying so Ava went to check on her I tried to walk in but couldn't
"You know I could help if you invited me in" I stated I didn't understand why she just didn't invite me in
"I don't need your help" she joked I saw her walking back "we shou-" she stopped and I saw blood start to come out of her stomach
My heart dropped "Avaree" I yelled trying to get in
"Let me help you Avaree. Invite me in" I using all my force trying to step in
She opened her mouth but nothing came out
"Avaree stay with me" I was looking everywhere to see if I could grab her with anything
I felt a breeze so I turn back to her and see kol grabbing her
He bite into his wrist"Here darling drink" he pushed his wrist into her mouth and I saw her heal. I let out a deep breath
I heard a car door close and I saw klaus, ale and Elijah get out of the car and run to the house and soon Rebekah showed up they were making sure Ava was okay. I looked at all of them and they were all bleeding from the same spot then it hit me they were link

Ava POV
I was laying on the ground Stefan was yelling at me to let him in but I could move all I could do was hold my side. Then I felt someone grab my head I looked up and saw kol
"Here darling drink" he shoved his wrist into my mouth
Soon everyone showed up and kol helped me get up
"What happened" Rebekah asked
"They tried to kill me" kol said pulling out the stake I hid the other day
I turned to Stefan who was still by the door looking at us
"You distracted me so they could kill him" I was anger
"Look Ava I didn't know you guys were linked" he explained "we just want what's best for you" he finished
He knows were linked now fuck. His going to tell Damon
"Stefan you should go" klaus said walking up to him and closed the door
Kol helped me walk to the couch because I was still sore
"So what exactly happened kol" Elijah asked

1 Hour before Kols POV
Ava wasn't talking to me so I was thinking of something I could do to make her forgive me because it bothered me she wasn't talking to me. I heard a knock on the door so I walked downstairs no one was home; nik and Elijah went to the grill with ale and Rebekah said she had plans so who could that be.
I opened the door and saw Damon
"What do you want" I barked looking at him
"Well I came to say" he step closer to me "stay away from Ava" he poked my chest each time he said a word
I grabbed his finger and bending it back "or what" I challenge
He punched me with his other hand
"Your no good for her she deserve better" he said walking over to me
"Like who? you" I questioned
I always thought they had something but she clearly said there just friends but I don't know at this point
"Maybe" he smirked at me
I lost it I ran up to him grabbing his neck throwing him to the ground and keep punching him
"She would never date you" I said with each punch
He pushed me off "and you think your any better" he got up "I'll treat her way better then you" he finished
Those words hurt me. I ran to him; as I was about to snap his neck I felt a sharp pain in my side I look down and I saw the white oak stake. He missed thank god I ran to the other side of the room and took the stake out and I healed but then it hit me Avaree.
I ran to her house leaving Damon there. I reached her house and saw her door open and Stefan outside I ran inside and saw her on the ground I grabbed her head carefully
I bite into my wrist "here darling drink" I said putting my wrist into her mouth I looked at her side and she was healing. I let out breath I didn't know I was hold.

Back to Ava POV present
After Kol explained what happened I was shocked that Damon tired to kill us but I couldn't blame him he didn't know but still doesn't make it right.
Everyone left it was just me, Ellie, ale and kol we were eating pizza no one was talking.
"I'm going to bed" I stood up putting my plate away and kol did the same "don't stay up to late ale"
I laid Ellie on the bed and kol was still following me. I don't know why he didn't leave with klaus,Rebekah and Elijah
I walked out of the bathroom and saw kol laying on my bed next to Ellie it was kinda cute.
"Your staring" kol smirked
I rolled my eyes "what are you doing" I asked
"I'm making sure your okay we were just stabbed" he grabbed my hand and laid me down next to him
"I'm sorry about that" I apologized
"No love it wasn't your fault" I got butterflies after he said that
We were laying down just talking kol was in the middle and me and Ellie on each of his side.
I yawned and kol noticed "go to bed love will talk tomorrow" he said and I just nodded and closed me eyes
He kissed my head "goodnight darling" he turned to Ellie kissing her head too "goodnight littlest darling"
My heart just did a flip
