Chapter Ten

I was currently on my way to the Salvatore house to talk with Damon because he said he needs help with Elena. Whatever that means. Rebekah was watching the kids she loves to watch them because she said she can't have none of her own and that's the closes she will get to have kids. I haven't talked to Kol in a week since he left. Rebekah said I should talk to him but I don't know if I'm ready to yet.

I walked into the Salvatore house looking around for Damon. I found him sitting in his favorite chair drinking bourbon
"What's wrong" I asked making my way towards him
He looked at me "hey baby sis looking great" he smirked
I rolled my eyes, he always jokes at serious times
"What's wrong you called asking for help" I sat next to him
He scoffed "Elena wants me to be a hero like stef " he got up
"Why tho" I asked
"She wants me to be a better man, wants me to safe people, care about others" he continued "But that's not who I am Ava"
I jumped in before he could say anything else
"Damon if she don't love you the way you are then she's not worth it. You shouldn't have to change to be with someone" I stopped to take a breath and walked up to him "because Damon I love you the way you are on the inside and out" I hugged him
He just wrapped his head into my neck
" do you really like that wild mikaelson" he asked looking at me
I scoffed "I honestly don't really know at the moment Damon" his facial expressions told me to continue "he can be a real ass some days" I didn't go into deep
"Well since you helped me" he took a deep breath "if you really like him then maybe be patient with him he did just get out of a box" I smiled and hugged him tighter
"Family hug without me" we heard from behind us so we turned and saw Stefan
"Come on stef you know I'm her favorite older brother" Damon teased Stefan
Stefan came over and hugged me
"Damon don't be so sure" I smiled at Damon and he just rolled his eyes

I was taking a bath just thinking about the advice that was shared early today. I shouldn't be judging kol about his life style and he did just get out of a coffin he has to get used to his hunger I guess. I got out of the bath and got ready and headed downstairs I saw Klaus with ale playing the PlayStation
"Hey where's kol" I asked disturbing them
"He was at the house when I left" klaus didn't take his eyes of the game
I grabbed Ellie and my keys and headed to the Mikaelsons house. I knocked on the door waiting for someone to answer
"Good evening miss Avaree and Ellie" Elijah answered "come in"
I stepped in "where's kol" I questioned
"He should be upstairs but I have to warn you his upset" I just nodded and walked up to his room and knocked on the door
"Sista I don't want to hear it" I heard him yell
I just knocked again and he yanked the door open
"Rebekah-" he stopped mid sentence when we saw me "Ava what are you doing here"
"I came to talk to you" I said
He opened his door wider signaling me to come in and I did and sat on his bed setting Ellie down on the ground and she started crawling around
"I've been thinking" I started but he cut me off
"I think it's best if I don't come over anymore for Ellie's safety" I was shocked
"No kol listen" I grabbed his shoulders "I hate how you kill people for fun and get mad over little things" I started
"That's wh-" I cut him off again
"But that's what makes you You even if it is bad" I put my hands on his cheeks "and I shouldn't judge, you even if you have anger issues and little bit of a drinking problem" I laughed; he smiled at me but then frowned
"I still can't be around Ellie i could hurt her, it's not safe" he looked at Ellie
I pulled his face towards me "when Ellie is with you or your family that's when she is the safest" he put his hand on the back of my head and pulled me towards him and kissed me. It was slow and passionate it felt like fireworks were going off.

I woke up with Ellie screaming in my ear and I looked over and saw kol was holding her trying to put her back to sleep
"I'm doing it wrong aren't I" He asked and I just laughed and got up and grabbed her
"Your going to spend the day with uncle Damon today" I said in a baby voice
"Wait why" I looked at kol and he was confused
"Because we have a date tonight and Rebekah always watches them so it's Damon's turn" I explained
"But why him why not Stefan" he complained
I smirked "is someone jealous of Damon" I walked over to him
"No I'm just saying Stefan probably better with kids" he said
"Well I think Damon's better" I laughed and ran downstairs "ale get ready your going to Damon's"
I saw kol walking down "ale get ready your going to Damon's" he mocked in a girly voice
"That was horrible" I joked and he laughed
"Oh yea" he walked over to me and kissed me
"I always thought you and Damon would end up together" ale said and kol scoffs and walks into the kitchen
"No ale were best friends and besides his somewhat with Elena"I told him

Me and kol were having a picnic in the wood on top of a hill and we were talking getting to know each other.
"So do you plan on telling Ellie about her real mom when she older" kol asked
Of course I always thought about it but she wouldn't remember anything about her she not in her life  no call or text
"Yea, she is her biological mother" I explained
Kol nodded "well if you ask me your doing a great job at being a mom or auntie whatever you go by" he smiled
My heart just melted no ones told me I'm doing a great job
"With Rebekahs help of course. She always wants to help out with them" I said
"Yea it's because vampires can't have kids of their own" he looked down
Im going to change that, there should be a spell for that right
"Would you have kids if you had the change" I looked at kol
he shrugged his shoulders "I don't know haven't thought about it" I nodded "maybe with the right girl"
"You know someone hasn't tried to kill us in a week" I laughed
he chuckled "then something big is coming our way because Mikaelsons without trouble is bad" he joked

It's been a month since me and kol decided we were officially dating on the picnic date, it's been a wonderful month. Kol basically moved in along with bekah. Klaus and Elijah are here every other day. We were all at the Mikaelsons watching Coco because that was Ellie's favorite movie at the moment everything was perfect
Ales phone rang and he answered it then he handed me the phone.
I looked it was Damon "hello"
"Thank god your fine" I looked at kol and Rebekah and they looked as confused as me
"What do you mean Damon" I questioned
"Bonnie is being controlled by hundreds of witches and is on her way to kill you" I turned to Kol and he ran out of the room probably to get klaus and Elijah "Ava she's way stronger then ever" I gave the phone to Rebekah and walked to ale and picked up Ellie
"Avaree where are you going" Elijah said walking in
I didn't know what I was doing. Why does Bonnie want to kill me. What did I do. Everything was just perfect
Kol grabbed my face "Avaree, darling your going to be okay" I didn't even notice that Rebekah and klaus took Ellie and ale
"Where did they go" I looked at Elijah
"Niklaus is taking them to a room they'll be safe there" Elijah explained
I heard the door open and I looked it was just Damon and Stefan they ran towards me
"Where's ale and Ellie" Damon asked worried
Kol turned to him "klaus and Rebekah have them"

We were all just sitting in the living room they were thinking of a plan I just got up and walked were ale and Ellie were and saw them sitting on the ground
"Hey what's going on" ale got up as soon as he saw me
" you guys have to stay here I'm going to put a spell on the room okay" that's all that was going on in my head keep them safe
I heard them yelling so I kissed Ellie and ale on the head and ran out of the room and put a spell up so no one goes in and ran to them
"Elena and Caroline are trying to hold her back" Rebekah said coming up to me
The only solution was if I go out there and stop here if I don't then she won't stop
I walked to the door but Damon ran in front of me " no can do Ava" he pulled me away from the door
"No this is the only way. stop" I tried to get out of his grip
"Keeping you safe is more important Avaree" kol yelled
"I can siphon out her magic if I get close enough to touch her"I explained
"No; that much magic will kill you" Elijah warned
"Then let it" I put my hand up and they all went down to the ground holding there head
"Stop Avaree we'll find another way" Stefan yelled
I grabbed a cup, knife and cut my hand pouring my blood in it and went to klaus, kol, Rebekah and Elijah collecting there blood. I began pouring there blood on the table and started chanting my bracelet glowed a dark red and I saw the blood spit into five piles
"We're unlinked" I put my hand down and walked outside.
Bonnie saw me and began to walk towards me
"Go back inside" Elena yelled
She started throwing things left and right but I keep dodging them
"Stop Avaree" kol started running to us but was stopped because I put a barrier around me and Bonnie he looked at me begging me to let him help
"You must be stopped" Bonnie yelled making me fall to the ground "your pathetic and weak"
She made me look up at her. Then her eyes turned black
"Say goodbye" she was about to grab my head but I blocked her by grabbing her wrist
"I don't think so" I started siphoning the magic out of her
"No Avaree your going to die" I heard from the side of me
All I felt was an electric feeling going throw my body and it was getting to overwhelming. Blood started falling from my nose and eyes. I was dying, I looked at kol and them "I'm sorry" and looked back at Bonnie and started chanting
"NO" she yelled and I fell back landing on the ground, her eyes were back to normal
I was struggling to get up I was to weak I could barley move. She kicked my head and I feel back again
"Ellie will be better without you" with that she grabbed my head chanting
I screamed and grabbed her arms
I constructed on siphoning and my hands were glowing a dark red she stopped chanting and her eyes went all black again. All the magic in me made me feel like I was about to explode. Bonnies nose started bleeding and her eyes rolled in the back of her head. I screamed again and next thing I know Bonnie fell next to me and everything went black.
