Chapter Eighteen

Klaus POV
I saw Kai snap kol neck and kol fall to the ground. I was trying with all my strength to get up but I couldn't
"So where was I" Kai grabbed a knife and put it up to Ava neck "it was nice having you as a friend"
Then he slit her neck
"NOO" I yelled
I tried to make my way to Ava to save her but I couldn't move at all
"I will miss her" Kai turned to me "now for the magic" he touch the bracelet Avaree gave him but nothing happened
"No no no" he grabbed Ava but she was already dead
I had tears in my eyes
"She gave me the wrong bracelet" he walked over to me and pulled my head back
But then I felt I was able to stand so I jumped up and ripped his heart out of his chest and he fell to the ground. I ran over to Avaree putting her head in my lap
"Drink" I tried to give her my blood but nothing was happening
I saw Elijah stand up and he walked over to me
"She's gone Niklaus" I felt the tears fall out of my eye. She couldn't die not like this
"Let's go" Elijah put his hand on my shoulders
I grabbed Ava putting her in the back seat and then we grabbed Stefan, Damon and kol and made our way to the house
I walked into the house holding Ava
"Did you-" Rebekah stopped mid sentence when she saw me hold Ava and started screaming. Then ale walked in and froze
I made my way to the room where we  keep our coffins and I laid her in Kols.
Rebekah and Alejandro were asking me questions but I just walked away from them and went into the living room where I saw Elijah and the rest of them.
It was quiet all you heard was Rebekah and Alejandro crying and sniffles. Stefan woke up
"What happen" he was the first one to wake up. Damon and kol are still out
"Stefan you might want to call your friend" Elijah calmly said
Stefan was about to say something but then he heard crying
"No she can't be" he ran to where the crying was

I was just staring at the fire drinking bourbon not daring to look away from the fire. Elijah was sitting there just staring at nothing and Stefan was sitting comforting his friends well they cried.
Damon woke up and saw everyone
"Where is she" he looked around for her
"Damon" Stefan looked at his brother
Damon stood up "don't you dare say it" he walked away from them "she can't be" he ran out of the house . Now we are just waiting on Kol.

I heard kol jump up
"Where's Avaree" he panicked, I turned around and I saw him looking at Stefan and his friends confused. Me and Elijah both looked at him the first time we both looked away from our spot
"Brother" Elijah started and shook his head no

Rebekahs POV
I was waiting anxiously for them to return they were talking forever. I was sitting in the living room trying to put Ellie to sleep,  me and Alejandro were watching a movie but then I heard the door open
"There back" we both jumped up making our way out of the living room
"Did you-" I stopped mid sentence when I saw klaus holding a bloody Avaree in his hands and I screamed
Alejandro was behind me and when he saw Ava he froze. Klaus was walking her to a room and we followed him he put her in a coffin not just any coffin  it was Kols
"What happened" I asked klaus but he didn't answer me
I was still hold Ellie in my hands I put her head in my neck so she would see this. Me and ale just sat in front of her coffin and cried

It been about ten minutes and I saw Stefan walk run in and he walked up to Avaree
"No Avaree" he grabbed her hand and he pulled his phone out and walked back out of the room
Another twenty minutes past and I saw kol running in
"No no no please" he ran up to her and grabbed her head
I got up and grabbed ales hand and we left kol alone

Kols POV
I jumped up once I woke up
"Where is she" I was worried about Ava I looked around the room for her but I just say everyone crying
I looked at klaus and Elijah and they turned to me with tears in there eyes. My heart dropped
"Brother" Elijah started talking but he couldn't finish so he started shaking his head no
I stood up shaking my head and walked out of the room and I heard more crying so I ran towards that and I saw Rebekah holding Ellie and she was sitting by ale. They were sitting in front of a coffin, I ran up to the coffin and saw Ava with blood all over her
"No no no please" I grabbed her head I started kissing her head "we were supposed to leave and start a new life" I cried out "we're supposed to watch Ellie grow up" I put my head on hers "you said you weren't going to leave me" I stuttered out "you lied to me"
I sat on the chair and I heard someone come in and I turned and saw Ale
He sat next to me we didn't say anything, we just keep starting at Avaree
"What's going to happen now she's the adult not me" he turned to me "I can't raise Ellie by myself without her" I grabbed his shoulders calming him down
"We're going to help you. You guys have rooms here your okay" I knows Avaree would want them to be safe and I think this is the safest place
"She's all I have left" he cried out
"I know" I brought him into a hug

Damon's POV
I woke up and the first thing I saw was everyone crying
"Where is she" I was confused why Ava wasn't in here
"Damon" Stefan turned to me and I saw tears running down his face and I knew right there she was gone
I stood up"Don't you dare say it" I walked away from them "she can't be" I ran out of the house, I couldn't be by them anymore
I ran into my house and grabbed the bottle of bourbon chugging it
She couldn't be gone.
I sat down in the chair and poured me a cup of bourbon
"You weren't supposed to die yet" I threw my cup at the wall
"You didn't forgive me yet" I started pacing back and forth
"I could of saved you" I pulled at my hair
"I can't lose you Avaree" I sat down and let the tears fall
