Chapter Sixteen

It's been a two month since I've seen the Mikaelsons Rebekah and Elijah have been trying to talk to me but I keep ignoring them. Ellie is talking and walking  more she stopped saying Kols name which I'm greatful for. Me and Kai have been getting closer we hang out like every day.
I heard something drop in my room so I jumped up and saw Rebekah and klaus
"What are you guys doing here" I swear I shouldn't have invited them in
"Where are the daggers" klaus spoke and my heart dropped
"Why" I questioned
"We need to dagger kol" Rebekah said
I furrowed my eyebrows "Why"
Klaus scoffed "I thought you would be happy we're getting him out of your life" yes I hate kol but I would never want to dagger him, yes I threaten him but I would never do it
"Why are you daggering him" I asked again
"Well you see he went back to his ways after you told him to get out of your life" Rebekah said "and his going to get us caught if he continue this"
Kols killing people again because of me, His going to get daggered because of me
"There has to be another way to stop him" I asked, he won't change if they just keep daggering him
"There no other way Avaree he has to be put down" they were talking about him like he was an animal
"What if I talk to him" I whispered but I know they heard
They just shrugged there shoulders
"I'll be by after I get ready" they nodded "I'll bring the daggers just incase" I said before they left my room
"What we're they doing here" ale came into my room
"Just to talk"I couldn't think right now "get ready we're leaving in a bit"
Will kol even listen to me?

We were sitting outside of the Mikaelsons Mansion
"Why are we here Ava"ale turned to me
I unbuckled my seatbelt and opened the door
"I have to talk to Kol" I grabbed Ellie from her car seat
"Momma" she mumbled and I smiled at her
"Why tho he killed me"he questioned
I knocked on the door "I just have to ale" as soon as I said that the door opened
"Nice to see you guys again" Elijah smiled and Ellie waved at him "wow she's grown since the last time we seen her" he opened the door wider and signaling us to come in
"I have the daggers in Ellie bag" I felt guilty that they might dagger kol
"Wait your daggering kol" ale asked "I know the guy killed me but he doesn't have to be in a box I came back to life" I put my hands to his cheeks
"We're not daggering anyone" I said to convert him but mostly me "your going to stay here we'll I talk to Kol" he nodded
I walked up to Kols room and knocked on the door
Ellie mumbled some words and wiped her face. Kol opened the door and froze
"What are you doing here" he looked surprised
"I came to talk" I looked at our feet because I couldn't look at him
"Come in" he stepped aside, I walked in and he closed the door
"Kol why are you killing people" I just cut right to the case
"Why do you care if I'm killing people I'm not bothering you" he sat down on his bed
"But your going to get yourself in trouble kol" he chuckled
"Trouble is my middle name darling" he smirked
Oh my gosh why does he have to be so cocky
"And beside I do love trouble" he smiled innocently
"Well that trouble is going to get you daggered kol" I felt a tear fall down my cheek
"Then let them dagger me and put me in a box it wouldn't be the first time" he yelled standing up "and why do you care you hate me anyways"
"I don't hate you kol I hated the fact that my brother died and I hated that you were the one who killed him" I cried and Ellie started crying now
"Momma" kol looked at her and I held her head in my chest to stop her from crying
It was silent for a couple minutes
"I didn't mean to kill Alejandro I blacked out and didn't know what I was doing" he spoke breaking the silence "Damon just pissed me off by saying you slept with him so I flipped out and then Alejandro walked out and I thought he was Damon so I snapped his neck"
I was shocked at what kol said about Damon. Why would he say I slept with him
"Why would Damon say that" I asked wiping my tears
"Klaus said so I would get angry" I was confused why would Damon want kol mad
"It doesn't make since why Damon would want you to get mad" I sat down next to Kol and Ellie got out of my hands and started walking around
Kol keep watching her "so you would hate me and have me out of your life"
"What" I was more confused then ever
"Have Rebekah and Elijah explain it to you because I'll just say the wrong words" he looked away from me
I don't know why but I wanted kol to tell me himself not anyone else
"Can you explain to me please" he grabbed his hand
He turned to me and nodded his head
"So before I killed Alejandro I got a text from him saying he needed me and he was at the Salvatores so I ran over there thinking he was in trouble but when I got there Damon was just there and he started saying I better leave you alone. me being me I told him no. Then he started saying you slept with him and keep taunting me so I flipped, I started hitting him throwing things at him and when I saw Alejandro walk out I just saw Damon not ale so I snapped his neck but luckily he had the Gilbert ring" he stopped and took a breath
"But answer these Avaree" he turned to me "why would Damon let Alejandro be in the house if he knew I would flip on him and could hurt him" I shrugged "and why would Damon barley give the ring to Alejandro to protect him from us when you guys stayed here with no ring" I looked at my feet "and why would Damon set himself up to die"
I stood up "what are you trying to say"
"Damon wanted me to kill Alejandro so you'll hate me forever that's why he gave him the Gilbert ring. That's why Alejandro was there in the first place. It was a trap for me he knew I would come if Alejandro texted me saying he needs help." I had tears running down my face "I would never purposely hurt Alejandro"
I grabbed Ellie and ran out of the room down to the living room where I saw everyone
"Can I have my bracelet" I asked Elijah, he stood up and went to a cabinet and pulled it out
"Let go ale" my voice cracked
We got in the car and drove to Damon's.
I didn't know what to think. This all didn't make since. Damon would never want ale to get hurt.
We pulled up to there house and I ran to the door with ale following me with Ellie in his hands
"What are we doing here" I ignored him and knocked on the door
"What's up baby sis"Damon opened the door with a smirk
"Why would you want kol to kill Alejandro" he face fell
"How did you-"I cut him off
"I didn't know but thanks for your answer" I knew by his facial Expression he did it
"What" Ale said looking at Damon
"I-"he stuttered "I was doing it to protect you" he tried to grab my hand but I pushed it away
I put my bracelet on
"To protect me I don't need you to protect me from him he kept me safe" I cried "how could you"
I raised up my hand and he fell to the ground
"I trusted you to never hurt him" I put more pressure on his head
Then I started to break his bones
"Kol was always there for us and you made me hate him"
Stefan ran outside along with Elena
"What are you doing" Elena cried
But I didn't listen I just put more pain on Damon
"Avaree stop" Stefan grabbed me making me stop
I flung Stefan away and grabbed ale and Ellie and got in the car
I started driving around because that helps me clear my head
"I know it's a bad time but I'm kinda hungry" ale broke the silence and I laughed
"Let's go to the grill"

We ate and just tried to get our mind off of what just happened. We were heading out of the grill when Tyler stopped us
"Hey Avaree I haven't seen you in awhile" he smirked, I couldn't deal with this right now so I walked away but he followed
"Why don't we go somewhere I'm pretty sure ale wouldn't mind watching the baby" he said
I pushed ale and Ellie in front of me
"Look Tyler I'm not in the mood" I snapped
He pulled me back
"Don't touch her" ale said trying to get his hands off of me
"Or what I could kill you" ale didn't say anything "that's what I thought now where was I"
Tyler grabbed my wrists pulling my bracelet off
"We don't want you to hurt me" he chuckled
Ale punch Tyler making him fall back and we ran to the car but Tyler ran in front of us
"Wrong move" he had his hybrid face out and grabbed ale throwing him and Ellie
I screamed trying to run to them but he grabbed me throwing me on the ground. I started hitting him but he slammed my head to the ground.
I turned to ale and say someone helping him up and holding Ellie I couldn't see straight my eyesight was blurry
"I wouldn't hurt her anymore if I were you. Your already dead" I recognized that voice, Rebekah
I felt Tyler being thrown off me and I felt someone picking me up
"Bad move on hurting them" I couldn't see but I knew that was kol
I heard Tyler scream then I heard a loud snap
"Here Avaree your bleeding a lot" I felt someone's wrist being shoved in my mouth
My eyesight was coming back and Elijah was holding me and Rebekah was helping ale and Ellie and kol was standing by Tyler's lifeless body
I got out of Elijah arms
"Are you okay" kol ran to me
I nodded then he ran to Rebekah grabbing Ellie making sure she was okay
"Let's get you guys home. Niklaus would want to hear about his hybrid" Elijah said "kol you drive them home and we'll take Tyler to Niklaus"
Kol nodded, he help ale to the car and put Ellie in her car seat and he hopped in
We were in silence no one dared to talk
"Can we stay at your house" I didn't know what came over me but I didn't want to be alone
He turned to me and nodded
"Thank you kol" ale said
Kol glanced back at ale
"You don't have to thank me" he smiled at ale then smiled at me
