"hey!" you said as you opened the door

"hi" he grinned

"dyou wanna come in for a drink or something?" 

"nah mums waiting in the car we should probably go meet her before she explodes with excitement"

"why is she excited?" you asked already guessing the answer

"because i told her you were my girlfriend."

"ah i get that, i told my mum i was going to your house this morning and she panicked for a good half hour once i said you were my boyfriend."

"ah mums, gotta love em, but they worry about us wayyy to much"

you laughed and went into the living room to grab your phone. 

"okay! i am ready to go"

"pog my mums parked just outside."

"pog?" you questioned "what the fuck does that mean?"

"oh it stands for polititians of gaming" he said knowingly

"okay... so how is it relevant here?"

"it can also mean like cool or oh thats amazing yknow?"

"i see"

"me and all the boys say it"

"all the boys?"

"oh yea! i forgot you havent met em all yet! its all us on the dream smp and a few others"

"whats the dream smp?"

"the minecraft server we all play on. now have you got anymore questions or can we get in the car now?"

"nope im good for the minute. ill let you know if anything else comes to mind"

he chuckled slightly under his breath and opened the car door in front of you. you sat down and crossed your legs to the side. tommy got in on the other side and said

"y/n i would like you to meet, my mother" he sighed a little in exhasperation when she started talking really fast to you so you couldnt understand

"mum, speak so she can understand"

"sorry, im just so excited toms got a girlfriend again!"

you smiled, "me too" you glanced round at tommy and saw him looking at you with wide eyes. you turned back to his mum and she smiled warmly at you. 

"so tommy told me you are gonna stream with him tonight?"

"yea thats the plan"

"and then youll stay for dinner?"

"yup, as long as im welcome" you smiled

"of course you are dear!"

"alright mum can we actually go home now?"

"yes yes alright tom"

you drove in silence for a moment before tommy plugged his phone into the port in the front of the car and started playing music.

"my keyboards like my heart...

it shines in rgb and its full of blood...

i dont know what is wrong with me

but im sad, pissed of and lonely." he sang along

"i have trouble speaking to women,

 unless their 2D or high definition

spent all my time on social media 

this is the state that im in."

"who sings this?" you asked "ive never heard it before"

"oh its wilbur"

"wilbur?..."

"wilbur soot, hes one of my best friends, hes also on the smp, we'll talk to him later"

"aww thats cute"

"what is" he deadpanned

"that you listen to your best friends songs"

"oh well, theyre good"

"well, that i cant disagree with"

you listened to nearly the whole of tommys playlist, before you pulled up in the driveway of a quaint house in a street of beatifully painted buildings. the one you pulled up at had a lemon yellow covering and a pale reddish brown tiled roof. the white doorway framed a slightly darker yellow door with a crystalised glass handle. you stepped out the car and the suprise of the beauty of the house must have shown on your face. 

"suprised i live in such a pretty place?" he muttered so his mum wouldnt hear

"hm well i always guessed you lived in a box on the side of the road..." you muttered back

he nudged you in the side jokingly.

you walked up the pale wood steps to the small porch, you waited for a moment so tommys mum could unlock the door. then she walked inside. you hesitated and tommy grinned and grabbed your hand, pulling you in after him.
