Crash on the couch

you woke up curled up in your bed with the duvet draped over your body. checking your phone you realised it was almost 10 in the morning so you got up and walked downstairs. still confused as to how you got to bed.

"oh hey, you slept in dickhead"

Tommy was still here.

"uhm hi? thanks for the lovely morning greeting"
you replied sarcastically.

"well hey i made breakfast"

"thought you didn't cook?"

"i don't, but there's some exceptions"

he passed you a few pancakes and a bottle of maple syrup.

"pancakes are fucking hot, don't burn yourself"

"im good."

you ate your pancakes in near silence, the only noise coming from your tiktok page.

Tommy walked behind you as you scrolled onto an edit of you and him from the stream.

"aww so you watch them too? haha bitch"

"hey! no thats literally the first one that popped up! "

"let me see your liked videos then"

"anyways, your pancakes are surprisingly good"

"ah why thank you, im known as uh, the worlds greatest everything so cooking comes easy"

you rolled your eyes and put the dishes in the washer.

"oh and also, i forgot to ask, why are you still here? "

"oh it got late and you fell asleep next to me. your mum said i could crash on the couch so i took you to your room and did just that. "

"oh, wait you took me to my room? while i was sleeping? no way im a really light sleeper you would have woken me up. "

"oh your sure? well pictures i took say otherwise"

he found them on his phone and showed you them.

"what the fuck broo why would you take a picture of me"

"you looked cute and while your sleeping is probably the only time i can get a picture of you"

"not true"

"okay then a picture of you without your middle finger stuck up"

"fine thats true"

he laughed.

"is my mum gone then? "

"yea she left a while ago. said there was a greyhound who swallowed a wedding ring. yano thats why you shouldn't have dogs as your ring bearers"
