The Test Subject (Yautja)

Part 52 "Close."

The yautja medics eventually broke up the humans fighting, holding the female and male away from each other. "Lydia:You have no right to just come back into my life and pretend everything is ok between us. Nothing is ok between us! I have tried and tried to forgive you!... for what you've done!" Lydia was now angry with Erick lashing out at her about everything.

"Lydia: I was broken for months because of you, and just when I was getting better from your betrayal I lost my crew! MY FRIENDS on a Xenomorph infested planet... I have been alone for so long... I don't care what you say to me Erick. You cannot fix what you broke." Lydia makes no moves to try and attack Erick anymore. She looks up at the male yautja medic that held her, visibly asking him to let go.

The medic yautja slowly let go of Lydia and watched as she walked away to the door as it opened by the detected motion of her body. The males looked back at Erick with a semi understanding of the situation exchanging words in their yautja language that was very foreign to Ericks ears or it just sounded like animal clicking and snarling.

The male medic dropped Erick without warning as they walked back to their designated tables to experiment with Lydia's blood samples. Erick groaned and moved away from the yautjas not trusting them one bit as he stood against a wall lost, raging in his own mind.

Di'seh walked down the halls lost in his thoughts feeling a little worried for what might happen next. He needed to speak with Lydia about what is to come and about what happened between them.

Looking up he stopped in his tracks briefly when he noticed Lydia sitting in the hall way little ways away from the medical room door. She looked upset and had been sitting there a while.

Di'seh walked up to her and went on one knee in front of her to be closer. "Di'seh: Lydia?" She looked up when she heard her name spoken by a certain someone. Di'seh couldn't make out what Lilith was mumbling about so he pulled her to him and into his arms standing back up onto his feet.

He watched her curiously having flashbacks of when he picked her up like this at the dome. It feels almost like the same thing happening again, but this time she climbed up to him, wrapped her arms around his muscled neck and rested her head on his shoulder.

Di'seh felt his heart rate pick up some when Lydia was this close to him, unable for either of them to exchange words, he purred while carrying her in a bridal style. Walking away from the medical room he found it best to spend as much time with her as possible putting the worries in the back of his mind.

He found his quarters without passing any other Yautjas which was a bonus. Di'seh sat down on his bed with Lydia still in his arms feeling one of her arms slide down his shoulder. She had passed out in his arms from feeling overly exhausted both emotionally and physically.

Di'seh continued to purr softly into Lydia's ear to let her know she is safe. He laid down on his bed with her in his arms. Hugging her right against his warm body and pulled the pelts over them to stay warm. He looked at Lydia's sleeping face and gave it a 'kiss' on her cheek with his mandibles without making a sound to disturb her awake.

Laying peacefully together he couldn't help but worry, not for just Lydia but for the future. Everything seemed to move so fast it was hard to keep up. 'They will call me weak and soft for how I treat you, Lydia. You saved me to a point where it costed your life. You Are Extraordinary and deserve better then this.' He thought to himself before resting his head comfortably in the pillows. Watching Lydia for a few moments as sleep consumed him.

-Little Time Skip-

Lydia stirred awake from a much needed rest. Opening her eyes slowly to the sight of Di'seh sleeping in front of her. She then realised they were in a bed with strange pelts for a blanket. Lydia almost freaked out, but when looking over herself seeing her clothes still on was a relief. 'Wait how would that even work between us?' Lydia wondered.

She turned her head to look at Di'seh again who was fast asleep making purring snores. Lydia smiled and moved closer to him. She blushed heavily and gasped some when there was a force that pushed her right into his chest. Lydia felt something trap her then grip her shoulder and side.

Lydia now looked like a tomato wrapped in Di'seh's arms. Looking up she saw the sleeping face and managed to calm down but still had a blushing face. She layed still and enjoyed the warmth she felt from him and the foreign smell he had it almost smelt like Lavender.

Di'seh opened his eyes when feeling movement. Seeing that blonde head snuggled up against him made his heart skip a beat. He could hear that Lydia was awake by her breathing "Di'seh: Your awake."

Lydia looked back up at Di'seh when hearing his deep voice talking softly "Lydia: y-yes." She blushed when she stuttered. Di'seh purred having his chest vibrate from the purring "Di'seh: Hmmm for how long?" He loosened his arms around her.

Lydia blushes some when being shifted up so her head was now on the pillows next to his head right in front of his face. Di'seh watched her expressions carefully but could only make a yautja smile in response with a chuckle "Di'seh: One minute your giving me foreign affection, and now your nervous being in bed with me?"

Lydia gasped some then hid her face in the pillow to hide away from Di'seh. He only snickers in response then shifts closer to her "Di'seh: if this does make you uncomfortable I can-" Lydia almost tackled Di'seh. Her face in his chest and holding him tightly "Lydia: No!... I-I like your comfort. It's warm and soothing."

Di'seh snuggles Lydia feeling more then happy she liked his comfort even though he is just copying her from before, back at her mansion home. "Di'seh: I'm glad." He loved being like this with her.

The worries of wanting to tell her about what has to happen vanished. What mattered most to him right now was being this close together.
