The Test Subject (Yautja)

Part 14 "Asset Out of Containment"

Lydia did her usual daily routine in watching Di'seh, it has been fun being around with him again for the past few days. Lydia lets out a sigh of bordem Di'seh looks at her while he sits down on the floor in his darkish chamber "Di'seh: Why do you sigh?" Lydia tilts her head sarcastically at Diseh "Lydia: Because I'm totally not bord out of my mind" Di'seh rolled his eyes not facing her anymore "Di'seh:Well get use to it because it happens a lot that's why I mostly sleep than anything else" Lydia sighed scrolling through her phone on youtube she clicked onto a music video and watched it.

Lydia sang with it except for the other language in it she thinks it might be Korean or something but she sang some of the English words. Di'seh flared out his mandibles slightly from shock hearing Lydia make these sounds as if she was a hypnotic siren type of creature. Di'seh got up and looked at Lydia, she was tapping her hand on her thigh while her other hand held her device up as she watched the light emitting off it

Lydia smiled as she sang with it "Lydia:I'm trouble and your wanting it, I'm so cold... When I move that way your going be so blown... I'm realist in the game, uh... Say I'm the fire with the blade your gana hear my name ringing in your head like, ooooohhhhh~... So keep your eye's on me now - we're so tough can you feel the rush? Aint nobody bringing us down down down down down down..." Lydia was enjoy this song. Di'seh had wide eyes and stared at her in awe, he was amazed he had no words to begin with. Di'seh has never heard anything like what Lydia is doing it is so strange yet beautiful to hear.

Once Lydia finished the music video she looked up and gasped seeing Di'seh so silent and starring at her in awe. Lydia made a nervous chuckle "Lydia:What...?" Di'seh made a type of thrill sound "Di'seh:What were you doing... Was that a type of battle cry for humans?" Lydia had a hint of pink on her cheeks with a giggle escaping her mouth "Lydia:It's not a battle cry it was singing... Singing is a uhh how do I put this ummm... It's like entertainment." Di'seh clicked his mandibles in curiosity "Di'seh:For entertainment you say... Do male humans do this 'Singing' aswell?" Lydia looked up a so called male human singer and started to play it letting Di'seh listen.

Di'seh was amazed that the male human even are capable of such a thing but he prefers Lydia's so called singing just because it sounds better in his opinion. "Lydia:There are many more singers and I'm not the greatest I just have a good natural voice." Di'seh watched her face in detail because he can see a hint of colour change in her cheeks "Di'seh:Well I prefer your singing, to me it's very beautiful." Di'seh watched as her cheeks turned into a darker shade of pinkish it looked weird and funny for him. Lydia cleared her throat "Lydia:thank you Di'seh thats very sweet of you to say" Di'seh still wanted to hear Lydia's voice more "Di'seh:Can you continue singing for me please?" Lydia smiled and nodded yes. Di'seh bellowed slightly as he made his way to his bed laying down. Lydia scrolled through many songs and started picking one's she knew off by heart and sang them eventually she could hear Di'seh purring she looked over the control board and saw he was asleep. Lydia smiled knowing she can continue singing even when Di'seh is asleep.

Lydia played candy crush on her phone as she sang random things and hummed random tunes aswell. Di'seh was not asleep at all he just enjoyed the singing Lydia did sometimes whatever she sang was a bit fast for him to understand or it would have bits of another language that humans have created instead of sticking to one language. Di'seh heard Lydia stop which made him open his eyes and look at her. Lydia rubbed her neck feeling her throat burn from continuously useing her voice box. Di'seh stood up off his bed and walked up to the glass looking at Lydia.

Lydia looked up at Di'seh she is still trying to get use to his 9 feet (Almost 3 metres) height which is absolutely tall she is just the right height to even rest her head on his stomach considering she came from a bloodline of tallness both her mother and father were very tall people and rich no dought but they never really payed attention to her they only threw money at her but hey got to live with what you got and she spent the money she got well enough to even get this far in life.

"Lydia:Yes big guy whats wrong?" Di'seh was about to ask something but he got interrupted with someone coming into the observation room. Lydia looked at the door and immediately went to grab her gun seeing armed men about 4 of them wearing complete black and have skull masks on. Di'seh watched as everything happened so fast the first one that entered aimed his rifle at Lydia and shot her in the neck with a tranq dart knocking her out in a matter of seconds.

Di'seh growled with rumbling leaving his chest he watched the men inspect Lydia but as soon as Di'seh used all of his strength and punched the glass shattering the glass making it brittle and weak like you could just slightly push it and it will bend like paper the alarms went off indicating what Dr Groves calls it Asset out of containment. The men pointed their guns at Di'seh and heard him growl in pure anger along with the cracking of glass.
All 4 watched in fear as Di'seh pushed the glass forward into the observation room making it crack into billions of tiny pieces.

Di'seh bent down and crawled through the opening once right on the other side he swiftly turned his head facing the men. "Man 1:Uhhh is this the big guy we were sent to find s-sir?" "Leader: Indeed it is Rookie." Di'seh looked at all the men with clear anger but his gaze softened when he looked at Lydia by his feet. Di'seh walked closer to Lydia and clearly heard the men take a few steps back from every step he took.

Di'seh bellowed bending down onto his one knee picking Lydia up holding her sleeping body close to him with her head resting lazily against his chest. The men looked at eachother then back at Di'seh "Rookie:Sir should we run?" Di'seh growled facing them and answers for the 'Sir' with a deeper darker voice "Di'seh: You should for I am going to rip your spines out with your heads still attached..." Di'seh was using so much will power to just roar at them he was afraid it would hurt Lydia.

The 4 men took steps back "Leader:Now listen here big white guy we are sent to save you out of this hell hole now calm down let the lady go and come with us" Di'seh didn't listen to the man he was lost in his own thoughts "Di'seh:Hmmm I wonder what Human tastes like... Maybe I should find out" Di'seh gently put Lydia down and stood up straight growling and walking towards the men "Di'seh:Run..." The men quickly turned around and bolted out the door with an angry Yautja that followed behind them...
