The Test Subject (Yautja)

Part 4 "First Contact"

Lydia got guards to drag the male human body out of the room she tried to get a medic to aid Di'sehs wound but none of them would go near him. Lydia was thinking to aid Di'seh herself but she was afraid he would kill her but she forced herself to assist him anyway.

Lydia got some medical supplies and headed into Di'sehs chamber she hesitated at first to enter it but she went in anyway. Lydia slowly went up to Di'sehs sleeping form and knelt down beside him. Lydia noticed his green luminescent blood she inspected the wound and saw the bullet went deep.

Lydia grabbed a long pair of tweezers and gently went into his wound she felt around for the bullet once she found it she pulled it out. Di'seh flinched and made a grunt but his eyes were still closed. Lydia's heart raced when he moved thinking he was awake but when she saw Di'seh was still asleep she took a deep breath and continued.

Lydia got the bullet out and started patching up Di'sehs wound. Di'seh opened his eyes feeling that the bullet was removed he watched her treat his wound he found it nice that she had the courage to heal him.

Di'seh watched her pack up the supplies she brought to heal him. Di'seh realized she was going to leave he gently grabbed her wrist giving her a fright he could feel the fear and adrenaline pumping through her veins. Lydia gasped at the sudden grasp she looked only to see Di'seh half-awake "Di'seh: Lydia..." Lydia could hear Di'sehs mighty voice clearly it almost sounded drained and raspy, she calmed down and moved closer when Di'seh let go of her wrist.

Di'seh was surprised that she moved closer to him but he still talked "Di'seh: Please... Stay with me..." Di'seh was still feeling exhausted, whatever Dr. Groves gave him drained his energy quickly. Lydia felt bad for Di'seh getting shot and also for that man that was in here she never knew him but still, he was put in here just to get killed by Di'seh and Di'seh had no choice.

Lydia helped Di'seh to sit up against the wall. Di'seh realized her struggle to move him so he used his strength to sit up. Di'seh didn't know what he was thinking, asking Lydia to stay with him it was a stupid idea he found himself soft towards her and he does not know why.

Di'seh closed his eyes just enjoying the peace he could feel Lydia touching his arm with her small hand "Di'seh: Am I that interesting to you?"Di'seh opened his eyes and looked at her. Lydia froze and pulled her hand away "Lydia: Sorry I just wanted to feel if your skin was scaly." "Di'seh: you don't need to apologize Lydia. It feels nice."

Lydia had a light pink blush on her cheeks she didn't expect Di'seh to say the last part so openly to her maybe it was just side effects from whatever was put into him.

Di'seh was so confused as to why he was acting this way towards Lydia, it was strange yet comforting. Di'seh could see that she was changing colour on her face preferably her cheeks they were a hint of pink, he stared at her in confusion but then just admired her presence here with him.

Lydia quickly changed her emotions seeing him stare at her was quite terrifying even if Di'seh was being very friendly towards her it is still scary. Di'seh could always tell when fear shoots through her every time she looks at his face she just gets scared, it made Di'seh unhappy he doesn't like seeing Lydia this scared but then again she did witness him kill the male human in seconds when hardly even trying.

Lydia was having a lot of emotions run through her, her guts were telling her to run away from Di'seh. Di'seh sighed, looking away from her. "Di'seh: I know how uncomfortable you are Lydia if you want to leave my chambers you are welcome to I'm not forcing you to stay." Lydia nodded her head in response and left, she thinks Di'seh needs his space after what happened earlier.

Di'seh watched as Lydia left his chambers, she took the supplies and one last look at him before completely leaving his chambers. "Lydia: Keep it together Lydia, you only had the first contact with a predator." Di'seh could hear Lydia speak to herself and take deep breaths. Di'seh couldn't help but just chuckle at her in amusement.

Lydia went into the observation with a glare at Di'seh. Di'seh looked at her glare and just burst out laughing. Lydia shrugged just staring at him "Lydia: What's so funny?" Lydia starting to giggle at his laughing. Di'seh laughed between words "Di'seh: Your panicking and the fear on your face is hilarious human, HAHA!"

Lydia just shook her head and walked out to go get her hands washed from Di'sehs green luminescent blood. His scaly skin gave her goosebumps every time she thought about it. Once her return she saw Di'seh passed out on his bed no blanket was over him either, he just passed out hugging one of his pillows to his face it looked cute in a way and he was also snoring slightly, or was it growling she can't tell.

Lydia sat down and grabbed her phone out and played her phone game 'candy crush'. Lydia hopes the next testing phase for Di'seh is not going to be worse than what he went through today.
