Lydia was walking around the medical room with thoughts lingering in her head about Di'seh and the kiss they shared. She couldn't help but smile and lightly blush at the thought. Soon making her thoughts disappear when she heard Erick stir awake with a groan. She forgot he was here which made her glad he was not awake to witness what happened earlier.

Erick held a palm to his forehead groaning as he sat up "Erick: My head feels like it was hit by a rock..." he groaned as removed his hand and looked around while his blurry vision started to clear. He at first seemed confused from seeing everything untill his eyes landed onto Lydia, making himself slouch with an exhausted sigh.

"Erick: For god sakes, it wasn't a dream- wait where is all my gear?!" he panicked some when not seeing any of his gear on him. Lydia crossed her arms over her chest "Lydia: Obviously they would strip you of your gear dumbass, and would you please stop panicking. We are fine." she rolled her eyes.

Erick shifted to the side and onto his feet off the examination table "Erick: Stop panicking? We're on an alien ship out in space. Not to mention you were abducted by them and they killed most of my men. I try to save you, and now I am abducted too. Just fantastic-" Erick was interrupted by a slap across the face.

Lydia gave Erick a hard smack across the face soon using the same hand to point at him as he stroked the side of his face with his own hand giving Lydia a surprised glare. "Lydia: I am sick of you and your bullsh!t. Can you just listen to me for once instead of whining like a child!?"

Erick continued to glare at Lydia but let her speak as he removed his hand from the side of his face. "Lydia: We are fine. You need to calm down. They will not hurt us unless you provoke them to. They are helping us-" Lydia stopped talking when Erick back handed her hand away from him.

As the two argued at eachother the two medic yautjas from earlier entered the room witnessing the scene between the humans. They both looked at eachother then back at the humans. The one yautja reached into his pouch pulling out a dried meat stick to chew on as he watched.

Di'seh was conflicted within himself as he walked along the corridors unsure of the situation between him and Lydia. He needed to speak with his mother about these emotions he is feeling. Dri'ah was in the training room using weapons against dummies trying to get rid of her anger that boiled inside her.

She finished the last bot and was coated in a thin layer of sweat. Dri'ah snapped her head towards the door when hearing it open, expecting her mate, R'ka, to walk through made her growl. To her surprise it was her son standing there which made her growl instantly stop.

"De'lor: Mother is this a bad time?" De'lor felt unsure of talking to Dri'ah now, from seeing all the debris in the room around her. Calming herself down with a deep sigh "Dri'ah: No, no please come in. I just finished." Dri'ah put her weapon away as she walked over the debris.

Di'seh entered the room watching as the debris started shifting back together to form new dummies and move away to the walls. "Di'seh:I need to talk to you about something." he said a little worried. Dri'ah gestured her son to sit on the crate infront of her as she sat on one and sharpened her blades.

"Dri'ah: You seem troubled. What is it?" she asked in a soft tone watching her son briefly. Di'seh sighed in defeat as he sat down on the crate infront of his mother "Di'seh: I believe that I have developed a strong attraction towards Lydia." he said almost fearfully.

Dri'ah was frozen unbelieving of what she just heard "Dri'ah: Di'seh, son you need to lose this attraction you have towards her." she said sternly. Di'seh watched his mothers reactions unknowing of what to say to her. Dri'ah shifted closer to Di'seh resting a hand on his shoulder "Dri'ah: You barely know whats going on with yourself Di'seh. You have been an experiment to these humans your entire childhood. You still need to learn our ways." Dri'ah stood up the moment she heard her son growl under his breath and stand to his feet.

"Di'seh: I already know our ways of the hunt." Slightly raising his voice in anger "Dri'ah: No you don't. You have been stripped away from what you truly are. You were born to be a hunter." she spoke softly again. Di'seh shifted back as Dri'ah drew closer to him hugging him to her chest with motherly purrs.

Di'seh grew wide eyes and stopped trying to break free from her grip when hearing his mothers purr "Dri'ah: My poor little Di'seh. I have had so much grief over you son. I want to help you grow and learn our ways so you can live among our people. I understand your conflict, but you must understand what has to be done. If nothing is done you will be labeled as bad blood and hunted down by an enforcer." Dri'ah spoke as calmly as possible to him.

Di'seh wrapped his arms around his mother with a soft sigh "Di'seh: I... Understand." he felt somewhat relief in his mothers embrace and he knew fully that if others saw this he would be seen as weak. Di'seh knew he was also not like the other yautjas. He needed to fix himself and become a hunter among his people.

Di'seh dreaded the thought of leaving Lydia behind even though it is what he wanted from the start. He would have to talk to Lydia about this later if he even has the time too.

(To be continued.)
