The Test Subject (Yautja)

Part 23 "Unexpected Guests"

Dri'ah put her hand out on R'kas spear indicating him to yield his weapon. "R'ka:Son step away from the human. We need to kill her in order to remove the mind control" "Dri'ah:Di'seh isn't mind controlled R'ka if he was he would of attacked me back in that display room" Di'seh tilted his head at them in confusion at what they were saying. Di'seh went straight back to Lydia he gently grabbed her jaw and popped back into place "Di'seh:Sorry for my parents actions Lydia, I had no idea they were coming to me themselves." "Lydia:Well they certainly need to knock before they barge in without an invitation. Also why did he just hurt me out of the blue for no reason? I had no weapon at all to defend myself from him throwing me around like a tin can" Lydia layed completely still on the bed feeling her rib cage burn in pain along with her one leg and wrist. Di'seh gently moved a strip of lydias hair out her face "Lydia:ummm Di'seh..." Di'seh saw his mother slowly come up to Lydia on the other side of the bed Di'seh watched her like a hawk but he saw his mother gently touch Lydias face "Dri'ah:We.....sorry"
Di'seh saw his mother take this blue gel out of a canister she was holding and lifted Lydias shirt a bit and placed the gel on her broken rib area, some on her leg and onto her wrist.

Lydia grew wide eyes feeling all her pain go away she hesitantly sat up but she then felt the sting in her rib cage. Dri'ah gently pushed Lydia back down and looked at her son head signaling him to follow her. Di'seh hesitantly left Lydias side but he followed his parents out the room "Lydia:Okay that was awkward..."

Di'seh stood outside the room with his parents and he was instantly hugged by both of them at the same time with deep purrs that followed. Di'seh felt happiness and joy consume him so he just hugged back "R'ka:We've missed you. I've missed you." Dri'ah hugged tighter and lifted both the males off their feet squeezing the air out of their lungs. Lydia was seeing all of this it made her smile but it soon faded when she knows that they are going to take him and leave her behind because well why would they take her she is way smaller than them and way more stronger than them I mean just R'ka throwing her around without a small amount of effort almost killer her.

Dri'ah let go of both the males and watched in amusement as their son holds on to her shoulder trying to catch his breath "Di'seh:Easy please I don't want to die." R'ka patted his sons shoulder with a chuckle that followed but then he looked at his sons pale white skin it made him feel sad seeing that his son was tested on this bad "R'ka:What happened all those years without us? when you were alone with these humans" Di'seh understood what his father said and it took a min to structure a sentence to reply him "Di'seh: Many tests were done to me. How I lost my skin pigment is a long story and I would rathers not talk about it right now." "Dri'ah:My baby boy we're here now and ready to bring you home" Di'seh immediately thought about Lydia he can't leave her behind not only because she saved him and trusted him with her own life but that she is his closest and only friend he has ever had and if she stays here she will be acused as a bad blood for stealing their property as they like to call him 'that' an Asset/Test Subject

Di'seh bellowed "Di'seh:I can't go home not without Lydia" R'ka and Dri'ah were both shocked at his statement. Lydia looked back at them through the door way when she heard her name "Lydia:Di'seh what's going on?" Di'seh turned and walked towards Lydia "Di'seh:They want me to come home but I can't leave." Lydia was confused "Lydia:Why not leave to be with your family again? Isn't that what you wanted for all those years when you were stuck in the lab?" Di'seh was about to speak but he cut himself off a few times before speaking "Di'seh: It is." Dri'ah was shocked to see Di'seh speak the humans language so well. R'ka tapped on Dri'ahs shoulder to make her follow him to some place more private to talk. "Lydia:Listen you don't need to stay here and watch my back besides I thinks its best you leave before things get ugly. Weyland is going to come here and forcefully take you back to a facility to continue what ever it was he was planning with you" Di'seh noticed Lydia was no longer in pain and all her wounds healed "Di'seh:Your wounds..." Lydia looked down at herself and noticed not even a scratch was on her. Lydia knew Di'seh was changing the subject but she didn't mind...for now "Lydia:That is incredible how is this even possible?" "Di'seh:I'm surprised myself it seems that the Gel heals you a lot quicker than it heals us... Too bad it was my mothers only canister left." Lydia sat up onto the side of her bed sitting next to Di'seh.

"R'ka:We need to leave with our son we can't stay here much longer." "Dri'ah:You think I don't know that? But you and I both know that he likes this human he may notbe conscious about it considering he was not properly taught about emotions." "R'ka:We can't let them be together what if the council finds out that our son is different from the others and has chosen a human as his mate?" "Dri'ah:Maybe we're over thinking this let's give them a chance for their farewells we will stay here for 2 days and see what happens." "R'ka:Fine we'll stay but don't think I'll hesitate to separate them if something happens" Dri'ah and R'ka made their way back to the room but were greeted with a strange sight. Di'seh held Lydia in a firm grip as he stood up straight her feet dangled in the air as she had a firm grip around him. R'ka and Dri'ah knew they were hugging but it looked odd seeing Di'seh hug her off her feet since she is quite small compared to them but she does have muscle definition. Dri'ah cleared her throat making the two seperate from their embrace. "Dri'ah: we would like to stay here for a few days" Di'seh faced Lydia "Di'seh:My parents want to stay here for a few days are you fine with that?" "Lydia:Yes... As long as they dont do anything to me I'm happy they can stay" Di'seh nodded at Lydia with a smile on his face well an attempted smile since he doesn't have lips and only teeth and mandibles. Di'seh made his way to his parents and started to show them the place but Lydia just went to go do her fun things but she still can't believe that Di'sehs parents are now unexpected guests in her house "Lydia:God help me now I have 3 brutes to watch over..."
