Sometimes I think I was designed to be alone.

I was freaking out was clay acting weird because he saw the text or because he got fake doxed the fake doxing make sense but would he actually be mad about me and techno going on a date? I mean me and clay Arnt dating, he never makes any moves and only flirts with me on steam.

We're just friends

I really like techno he's a nice guy but I don't know how I would do with long distance so surly it won't work out.

I should tell clay, me and techno Arnt dating and I don't know him well enough to date him but I should tell clay. Right?

I'm gonna tell clay it shouldn't matter because none of us are dating we're all just friends why am I stressing about this.

I got in my shower got dressed and walked to clays apartment. I knocked

"Hey clay I heard about the fake doxing situation are you going to say something about it to the fans?" I asked
"Uh yeah I'll tell them about it because the information was all fake other than my name but that doesn't matter" he responded slowly
"Can I come in?" I asked

"I mean you just left a few hours ago but be my guest" he said in his normal happy tone we walked in and sat at his table he was eating cereal "so I have some news" I said slowly

"Are you pregnant!" Clay asked with a shocked face "What?!?! No I'm not pregnant clay very far from actually" clay laughed "ok then what is it?" He asked "so techno is visiting family" I started clays smile faded I was sure he saw the text at this point

"Um he's gonna be here tomorrow around dinner, he planned on staying at that one hotel like 20 minutes from here that has more murders than I can count any who I offered my place so he'll be staying with me for about a week." I said fast "cool" is all clay said

"Uh I just wanted to tell you incase you didn't want him to see you, he knows you live two doors down" I said shyly "so you won't be able to hang out for a week?" He asked

"Nonono I can still hang out remember he's visiting family he's not gonna be with me the whole time I'm just letting you know that's all"

"Okay well that will be fun maybe one night we could all hang out?" He asked "yeah I'm sure we can make that work" I said.

At this point we were both sitting at the table while the tv played in the background. "Anything else cool happen?" He asked clearly referring to techno asking me out "uh yeah techno asked me out to dinner earlier today" I said in a normal tone. "What did you say"

"I said sure, it's not gonna be anything fancy just two friends hanging out you know" I said "yeah that's cool" he said

We kept talking for 30 minutes just normal talking nothing out of the usual. I ended up going to sit on the couch while clay washed dishes

My phone started ringing

"Who's that?" I asked
"Uh techno" clay said shyly
"Oh shit hand me that" I said while standing up it was a face time.

*facetime convo*

"Hiiii techie" I said
"Hey gorgeous how are you?"
"I'm fine just hanging out with clay how about you?" I asked
"Oh my bad did you want me to call you back later?"
"No it's okay he's washing dishes and I'm gonna leave soon to stream anyway" I said
"Ah okay cool hiiiiiii clay!" Techno said really loud
"Hi techno" clay responded
"What are you planning on streaming?" Techno asked
"I'm just gonna do a 'just chatting' stream you could join if your free" I said
"Yeah that'll be fun when are you planning on streaming" he asked
"Like 20 minutes maybe"
"Ah okay okay I'll be there"

Clay started to walk over to me so I quickly put my phone to my chest "it's a FaceTime clay do you want him to see your face?" I said "oh I forgot Uh well it's fine I mean we'll meet tomorrow won't we?" "Yep" techno responded

"Okay techie prepare your eyes to see the two faceless streamers y/n and clay together!!!" I said in my enthusiastic tone

"I'm ready" techno said before I raised my phone to see my and clay smiling clay put his arm around my shoulder.

"Hallooooo" techno spoke
"Hi techie" clay mocked
"Don't call me that" techno said in his usual monotone voice
"Clay that's my thing" i said while slapping clays chest

We all started laughing
"Well clay I think I should go and prepare my stream" I said
"Okay I might join in when I finish cleaning" clay added

We walked to the door opened it before I left I added "bye clay I love you" "love you too y/n" he added I was still on FaceTime with techno

"Do you want me to hang up so you can stream?" He asked
"No you can stay just mute yourself when I actually start the stream"
"Okay"

We talked while I set up my pc techno got his set up to be on a discord call with me.

"I'm starting mute yourself on FaceTime and un-mute yourself on discord" i commanded
"Okay" he said while doing what I said

I greeted my stream and introduced techno we could still see each other on FaceTime we talked with the chat for a while with only a few notable donos.

*are you and technoblade dating?*
The robotic voice read

"Haha no I'm just the blood for blood goddess no dating here just blood" I said techno laughed

*is dream jealous*
The robotic voice read

"What? Why would he be jealous I'm confused" I said I knew what they meant but I didn't want to give them the satisfaction. None of us are dating.

We're got on the topic of something techno messaged me he claimed it wasn't true so I quickly screenshoted it at put it on stream for chat to see I didn't realize they could see the text above what I wanted them to see.

The chat started zooming

"It's a inside joke guys I call him techie because he told me not to and he calls me wifey I thought the heart was funny" I said while laughing

"No she's lying we're madly in love with each other" techno added

I started laughing so hard "that's not true guys he's joking" I could see the chat was still freaking out about the 'hey gorgeous' text but I decided not to talk about it

The stream went on for a while before techno had to go right before he left the call he said "goodbye gorgeous" and hung in both on discord and FaceTime

The chat started zooming again. I decided to pretend it didn't happen and just end the stream there.

I said goodbye to chat and ended the stream clay never joined but I did have a text from him

Hey y/n I just wanted to let you know I won't be able to join your stream today nick is calling me still freaking out about what happened I told him not to expect a call anytime soon because you'll be busy but he's not doing too well so I'll be on the phone with him.

Oh shit okay tell him I'll get to him within the next few days I'm just trying to figure out where I stand.
