The realm was in drastic measures. Along with preserving a whole kingdom of hearty villagers, King Arthur's morals and ability to not be swayed took a toll on his alliances, as his grief effected his choices, including a war full of blood and broken stone. Magic and mortal were at warfare. Fear played such a significant role in this. If he didn't understand something, Arthur would display fear and running away in response, disposing of what he couldn't understand.
Gunmar commaned the souls under the forest's shade, yet Arthur would dare to invade for a trollish hunt. Trolls, goblins, gnomes, elves, fae, and even magicians would be locked up, tortured, and slaughtered at his orders.
Yet, Tristabelle had talents. Of course, magic grew to be one of them, but her force of mind had its own power.
