What I had done earlier really started to sink in. I ran my hands through my hair in anger. I shouldn't have done that. I shouldn't have taken my anger out on her. I groaned and kicked stuff out of my way as I stomped to my room. As I entered my room, I smacked everything I could.

"I'm so stupid!" I yelled in anger as I punched my wall.

I didn't cry much usually but this was different. I just lost one of the people I love the most for no reason. All because I was upset about something personal going on? Bullshit. I slid down my wall and stuffed my face into my knees.

"I'm so stupid..." I whispered to myself.

I then heard little footsteps trail into my room. "Bubba?" Izzy's tired voice called out.

I lifted my head. "Hi, amor."

Her face was pale and sick-looking. I shivered at the thought of the pain she must be going through.

She pouted. "Why are you crying?"

I shook my head. "No reason."

She sat down next to me. "I heard you yelling."

"I was just upset..."

"Why?"

I bit my lower lip. "Just because of something mom told me."

"What was it?" She stared up at me.

I sighed. "You...It's nothing."

She shrugged. "Oh, where's Amy?"

"She, um...you probably won't see her anymore."

Her eyes widened. "Why?"

"We broke up." I blurted out.

She gasped. "What?! Why!"

I stuttered for words. "I-I don't know."

"Why would you do that?!" She smacked my knee.

"Hey, calm down!" I shouted. "It was an accident!"

"You dummy! You broke up with your soulmate!"

I sighed. "I don't think she was my soulmate, Izzy."

She nodded. "Yeah, she was!"

I sighed while shaking my head lightly. "I'm sorry, okay? There's nothing I can do about it now."

"You can still get her back!" She smiled.

"I don't think she wants me back," I stated.

She huffed. "You gotta at least try."

I saw her face getting redder by the second. "You're burning up, amor."

She shook her head. "I'm fine."

I sighed and pressed my hand to her cheek. She was practically on fire.
