36.) THE LAUNDRY

"Sunshine!" Joshua yelled from the front door

"Hm?" Seokmin quickly went down the stairs and looked at Joshua who was wearing his formal clothes

"You have work today?" Joshua nodded

He pecked him on the cheek "I have to cover for Jisoo today...she has a family business to attend to"

"Oh ok" Seokmin pecked Joshua on the forehead "See you later"

Joshua smiled and said "Don't forget about the laundry it's Saturday today"

"I'll try" Seokmin responded as he looked at the older walk out the door

After awhile Seokmin heard his phone ring

He picked it up "Hello?"

"Hey Seokmin. We have a project to finish and it needs to be right now" Soonyoung said through the phone

"But I have laundry to do"

"The deadline's today so hurry up" Seokmin thought about before saying

"Ok I guess" Soonyoung then hang up as Seokmin went to hurry and run to the older's place

Then he suddenly got a notification

He stopped to check it out

Oh btw I moved somewhere else but I still own my condominium unit but I'll send the location where I am

He then clicked on the message and showed me the way

He ran considering it was only a few walks from where Soonyoung lives

He saw a house with Soonyoung's car parked near

I rang the doorbell to see Soonyoung carrying the puppy he gave to Jihoon during Christmas

"Oh hi, hyung" He invited him in as Seokmin looked confused

"We need to finish it today" Seokmin looked at him and nodded 

"What topic are we gonna talk about?" Soonyoung sat down on the floor with a notebook while Seokmin sat beside him

"I don't know" The two of them silently sat on the floor thinking of a certain topic to talk about for their project

"I'm home~" Joshua entered the house but no one greeted him back

"Sunshine?" He placed his coat on a rack and removed his shoes before entering the house 

Joshua then placed his bag on the table and quickly went up the stairs

"Seokmin?" He entered their room "Baby?"

He then decided to check if Seokmin washed the laundry but as expected it was the same as before

"Aish, this kid" He scratched his head as he sighs and now started to place the white clothes in and started to wash the clothes as his boyfriend was working on the project at Jihoon's house

"Soon-ie, I'm back" Jihoon removed his shoes and saw him and Seokmin finishing their project

Jihoon greeted the younger and then took the puppy out of the older's hands

"Did you feed her?" Soonyoung hummed answering him yes

"Make her drink water?" Soonyoung nodded but didn't even spare a glance at Jihoon which made the younger lowkey sullen

"Ok. I'll be playing with her upstairs" Jihoon carried the puppy like a baby

"Have fun" Soonyoung continued to write as the younger walked with the puppy up the stairs

"Aren't you at least gonna smile or look at him?" Seokmin looked at his best friend

"I will later...we need to finish this or we'll pass this late" Soonyoung pouted 

"We only need 1,000 words more" Seokmin sighed and they continued to work

Jihoon was now in his room with  Hwan-Gyeol and sat down on his bed then softly brushed Hwan-gyeol's fur with his fingers

"Your papa doesn't want to say hi to me" He pouted and continued to brush the puppy's hair

"Anyways, let's go play" He carefully carried the puppy and placed him on the floor

Hwan-gyeol happily played while Jihoon looked at her smiling

"We're finished, right?" Seokmin looked at the older who nodded 

"Oh, shit. It's 1 am already. I have to wash the laundry. See you at school tomorrow, hyung" He waved at the older and ran to their house

He arrived home with the lights turned on 

He took off his shoes and walked inside panting

Seokmin looked at his boyfriend who was looking at the clock

He back hugged him softly and pecked him on the cheek "Sorry, hyung. Soonyoung suddenly messaged me to do the project with him since the deadline's tomorrow"

Joshua sighed and turned around as he placed his arms around the younger's neck

"You could've told me" Seokmin smiles "I forgot"

"Well, aren't you gonna help me?" Joshua let go and approach the clothes which were in the dryer
