Tears fell from Analia's eyes as she stared down at her now empty hand, which only moments before held onto her friend. He'd left her life just as fleetingly, just as abruptly and just as unexpectedly as he'd entered it.

She could just about make out her name being called and felt a hand grasp firmly around her own that pulled her up back over the ledge.
She swayed slightly as she waited for the lightheadedness to subside.
Two hands grasped at both of her shoulders to steady her and she looked up at Loki who had tears in his eyes.

"I thought you were gone." He whispered, tucking some of Analia's loose hair behind her ears.

He pulled her into a tight hug, which made her eyes widen in shock as he held onto her for dear life.

Just before she could wrap her arms around him, a scream was echoed throughout the icy wasteland, returning her to the reality of where they were and that they were in battle.

They turned their heads abruptly to see that Fandral had been impaled just as Analia had. She escaped Loki's grasp and immediately ran over to him using all her strength to help Volstagg and Hogun lift him off of the ice.

As they held onto him, Analia winced as her wound sent an excruciating pain throughout her abdomen, reminding her it was there. The pain was excruciating and she almost fell to the ground before Sif and Loki caught her.

"Thor we must go." Loki yelled.

"Then go!" Thor grunted, hitting more Frost Giants with Mjolnir.

"She's losing a lot of blood." Sif stated to Loki. "She's won't make it if we don't leave now." Sif shouted as she turned to the rest of the warriors.

Almost all the colour had drained from Analia's face, which Loki noticed. He held a hand over her wound, green rays surrounding it.

Her eyes immediately met his with confusion.

"I'm trying to take some of the pain away." He uttered, his voice almost breaking.

"Analia, where's Cassius?" Sif asked trying to meet her gaze.

"He's....he's gone." She muttered, her eyes fluttering open and shut. The image of his face looking up at her as he fell was engraved into her memory.

It would be untrue to say that a slight smirk did not appear on Loki's face at the news of Cassius' death. But it quickly disappeared as he met Analia's gaze and saw the pain in her eyes. He not only could see the pain she suffered which was inflicted by her wound, was very apparent but also the pain of losing him. He did not expect her to have developed feelings for him so quickly. Maybe now with him out of the way, Loki could have her all to himself.

With a blinding flash of light from the bifrost, it revealed Odin on a horse, holding a sword up to the sky.

"Father! Will finish them together!" Thor yelled.

"Silence." Odin sneered.

Analia struggled to keep her eyes open as she held onto Loki and Sif.
