The group stopped running when they came to an opening right next to a river. They saw Henry on top of Mike. They all helplessly looked at each other. That's when Henry grabbed a rock and held it above his head, threatening to bash it into Mike's head. Bev thought quickly and grabbed a rock and threw it. Thank god she had good aim, it hit Henry right in the forehead.

"Nice throw." Stan complimented her.

"Thanks." She said back quickly. Mike then splashed into the water and crawled over to them. Leah helped him out of the water and put him behind her protectively. All of the Losers then grabbed rocks, armed and ready.

"You losers are trying too hard. She'll do you, just gotta ask nicely, like I did." Henry sneers while grabbing his crotch disturbingly. His two minions, Belch and Victor, laughed. Ben then let out a 'battle cry' and Bev, Bill, and Leah looked at him. He then threw a rock that hit Henry in the head again, which commenced chaos. Bev then started throwing rocks and Leah joined.

"ROCK WAR!!" Richie yelled before getting hit in the direct middle of his forehead and getting knocked onto his back. Leah ran to his side and helped him up, before helping in this so called 'rock war.' The Losers and the Bowers Gang were throwing rocks at each other, Eddie and Leah both getting closer and closer.

"Fuck you bitch!" Belch yelled, before also getting hit in the head with a rock. The rock war continued until finally Belch and Victor left, leaving Henry laying on the ground helpless. All of the Losers looked at each other and started to walk away, but Richie and Leah stayed for a second.

"Go blow your dad, you mullet wearing asshole!" Richie yelled over to Henry, while sticking both of his middle fingers up. Leah laughed while Richie started walking away. As she started to walk away, she heard her name being called. She took a few steps back and saw Henry sat up looking at her.

"Leah...I'm sorry." She looked at him in disbelief.

"Uhh... for what?"

"Cutting you off, and being an awful friend."

"Oh.. it's fine. I guess."

"But it's not. Please forgive me."

"I might." with that, she walked off. Little did she know, she would be thinking about that for the rest of the day. Leah caught up with the others hoping no one would say anything about how she stayed back for a bit. The group, now with an added member, started walking down near train tracks.

"Thanks guys, but you shouldn't of done that. They'll be after you guys too now." Mike thanks them.

"Oh no no no, Bowers? He's always after us." Leah then zoned out for the rest of the walk to think about whether she should forgive Henry or not. She wanted to, but what if he does the same thing? I mean, he's the biggest bully in the school. She didn't know what to do, but she also didn't have anyone to talk to about it. The only person that knew about her and Henry being friends was 1. her mom, and 2. Bev. She was not about to talk to either one of them, especially about Henry.

The Losers all met up today to walk downtown and hang out. Currently, the group were all distracted by another missing kids poster, Ed Corcoran, but Richie was trying to play a tuba, and Eddie was off doing who knows what.

"They say they found part of his hand all chewed up near the standpipe." Stan pipes up.

"He asked to borrow a pencil once." Ben says with slight pain in his voice. Leah looked away and at Richie, and laughed slightly at the sight. Her attention is then turned back to the poster when Bill lifts up Ed's poster to reveal Betty Ripsom's missing poster under it.

"It's like she's been f-f-forgotten because Corcoran's missing." Bill concluded.

"Is it ever gonna end?" Leah asks while Richie gets the tuba stolen and shouts "What the fuck, dude!"

"What are you guys talking about?" Eddie comes around the corner, with 2 ice cream cones.

"What they always talk about." Richie replies, leaving Leah to look down. We do talk about this a lot.. she thought.

"I actually think it will end." Leah looked back up and at Ben. "For a little while, at least." The whole group looked confused.

"What do you mean?" Bev asked Ben.

"So I was going over my Derry research, and I charted out all the big events. The Ironworks explosion in 1908, the Bradley Gang in '35, and The Black Spot in '62, and now kids being.." Ben trailed off once he looked at Bill and say the pain written all over his face. "I realized this stuff seems to happen every 27 years."

"27 years."

"27 years."

Leah, Ben, and Bill all said at the same time with emotions unreadable.
