Reality bending to his will, his power a near infinite well
Soaring through the skies, turning dirt to a gold prize
He had endless wealth and fame, everyone knew his name
Until the day his power waned, he was losing all he had gained
He looked for answers high and low, he learned he had to go deep below
The center of the Earth at it's core, held the answers and so much more
He journeyed down below with little care, the dirt beneath him turning to air
At it's center was such a sight, a girl surrounded by a brilliant light
Suspended in the air at the core of Earth, was she the source of his power and worth?
He was powered by her isolation, her pain fueled his ego's creation
But this wasn't right, she didn't deserve to live this kind of life
So he helped her down, the light dimmed and he could see her sad frown
She was as beautiful as the light itself, and she quickly composed herself
Together they returned to the surface, he was now powerless but with new purpose
He cared for her through thick and thin, and she cared for him
An kind of magic that's even sweeter, their love growing deeper
The two inseparable and hand in hand, fame and wealth be damned
