Infinity (BNHA X Reader)

~ ꜱ ɪ x ᴛ ᴇ ᴇ ɴ ~

You returned to the stands just as the next match was starting.

"Let's welcome Mina Ashido and Tokoyami Fumikage, both from Hero Class 1-A!" Present Mic announced.

The two entered the ring, and Midnight raised her whip. "Begin!"

Mina formed acid shots in her hands, throwing them to try and disorient the shadowy figure that was Tokoyami's quirk.

Dark Shadow evaded the balls of acid, and went in for a quick attack, knocking Mina out of bounds.

"Tokoyami moves on!"

Kirishima vs Katsuki.

Only an endurance match.

Katsuki repeatedly released explosions, and before long, Kirishima collapsed, Katsuki moving on.

"Aki Mikumo from Hero Class 1-A and Mei Hatsume, from Support Class 1-H!"

When you entered the ring, Hatsume was grinning.
You stretched your arm. 

"Begin!"

You darted forward, punching Hatsume in the gut.
Hatsume inhaled sharply, whipping out a bo staff. 

The tip of the stuff buzzed with energy. "An electrified bo staff, huh? Not a bad idea, Hatsume."

She raised the staff above her head moving to attack you with it.
Except...
"You never learned how to use one!"

And with a harsh quick, you pushed her just outside of the boundary line.

"Aw, darn it!" She whined.

"Mikumo advances!"

Next came the fight between two of the strongest students in Class A.

Shoto Todoroki vs Izuku Midoriya.

Everyone couldn't help but lean forward in their seats.
And the match began.

Shoto starts the match with a barrage of ice spikes, which Izuku destroys with only a flick of his finger.
But if anyone looked closer, they could see that Izuku was destroying them.

What are you thinking, Izuku?

This continues for almost forever, and the two seem to be conversing while fighting.

Finally, Shoto stops, as if in a daze.
A manic grin spreads across his features, and the arena heats up.
Shoto's left side breaks out into flames, and the frost on his right melts away.

That's... wow...

Izuku also grins, and his body lights up with his quirk.

Shoto raises a hand.
Izuku flies forward.
**BOOM**

~...~

You coughed, waving the smoke out of your face.

You'd ducked down once the explosion went off.

Once you looked back, Izuku was blown far past the boundary line, and he had passed out. The ring was completely decimated, and Shoto looked as if he would collapse any second now.

There were few moments of silence, before Midnight announced the winner. "Todoroki advances!"
And the two-toned boy fell to the ground.
