Chapter 21

Once Mareena had left Maven's room he started to get ready for bed hoping their married life would be as best as tonight was for both of them.

He remembered they hadn't picked a date yet for their special day but he was sure if they ever needed help to make the day become smoother the royal event planner would help them.

Once maven came out of his bathroom he noticed Mare's  dress was still laying on the floor of his bedroom. "I completely forgot about this!" He said laughing as he picked the dress up of the floor. He could feel the mare's warmth from the dress he was going to fold it, and hang the dress up in his closet to give her, dress back another time.

But he heard a knock at his door, hoping that it was Mare coming back again because she remembered about her dress. He walked over to the door opening it and saying. "Come in!"
"Wow Mavy, you look a little messy" cal said as he walked into Maven's room.
"Well I had to keep my  Fiancé happy" Maven said with a smirk.
"Your what.....finally little brother asked his dream girl. I'm so proud of for popping the question" cal said. "Now you can join the married life club, we like to tell story's of what our wife's are mad at us now" cal said with a laugh.
"It isn't that bad right?" Maven questioned.
"Not all the time" cal said. As he walked around to sit at their games table.
"Wow, mavy when you were said you had to keep Mareena happy I didn't think it would mean taking off her dress" cal said it's a laugh.
"It was a two in one dress" Maven said defensively, a blush filling his face.
"If I didn't know you ans how shy you get I would've thought Reena would have left here with no dress on at all." Cal said with a laugh.
"But sense I believe your word mavy I'll let you say so mavy" cal said with another laugh.
Maven rolled his eyes as he walked over to his closest to put Mare's dress inside, taking one last sniff of her signature smell.
He turned around to see cal watching him
"Really..? Do you want to sleep with her dress too!" Cal said now laughing his head off.
"Ha ha" Maven said rolling his eyes as he sat down across from his brother to play their usual night game.
"Don't worry mavy your weird obsession is safe with me for now!" Cal said smirking at his brother. "I hope today was at least a good day for you mavy, how's it feel to be an adult now."
Cal asked raising his brow.
"Good I guess, there's not too much responsibility as I thought." Maven added
"Just wait for tonight mavy, dad waited a day to give me all my new responsibilities."
"Good thing I'm the second prince then! I'll have less work than you to do!" Maven said smirking
"Yeah but because Reena actually loves you, you'll have to always make sure she's happy which sometimes can be a bit of work. Special if you get her pregnant."
"Trust me that won't be for a long time. I want to enjoy our married life first!"
"Lucky you Evangeline isn't doing too good right now and she's cursing me about 'my child'" cal said sighing
"Don't worry cal, it'll get better!" Maven said laughing.
"Hope so too" cal said.
Both brothers then carried on talking, and laughing  well cal gave maven some pointers on "how to keep your wife happy" well they continued playing their favourite survival game.
