(Y/n) ended up falling asleep on Eddie, letting Bill drive again. "Thank y-you so m-much for driving (N-n/n)."
"Of course Bill." She smiled.

Beverly was eyeing the Sheetz that they were passing and Bill looked over at her, pulling in. "L-let's get sn-snacks." He suggested. Everyone else in the van was already fast asleep. "I could really go for some fries." The red headed girl beamed. Stan, who was half awake, smiled. 'Look at that. He saw that she was hungry and pulled over just for her.' He thought. Which, was true. Bill didn't talk an awful lot, but he was very observant and very into Beverly.

(Y/n) and Bill switched out every so often

When they finally got home, everyone went their separate ways, taking a long rest and unpacking before school the next day.

As (Y/n) arrived at school, she quickly put her stuff in her locker and pranced over to Richie's.

"Hiya Rich." She smiled at him. He looked down slightly, his eyes meeting hers.

"Hey beautiful." He replied, returning the happy gesture.

"You doing anything later?" She questioned.

"I don't think so. What's going on in your pretty little head?"

"I wanted us to talk, maybe hang out at the diner or something."

"Talk? Like a good talk or a bad talk?"

"Good. Nothing bad."

"Ok, doll."

"Don't call me that."

"Yes ma'am."

And they go their separate ways. (Y/n) heads to her first period class, the one she has with Eddie. Well, Eddie and Jen. The same Jen Richie used to go out with, and (Y/n) is basically dating him.

(Y/n) took her seat next to Eddie and they started talking.

"So you and Richie looked really cozy." He smirked.

(Y/n) turned bright red, "N-no! It's not li-like that! I mean- it
is but- I- no!" She stumbled.

"Are you guys a thing?"

"Not yet."

And Eddie laughed, throwing his head back. "I ship it!" He laughed.

Jen looked over and rolled her eyes, turning back to her innocent smile when the teacher walked in.

The rest of the day ways long for (Y/n). She waited semi patiently to see Richie alone. Which, of course, was not an easy task, seeing as she was antsy to know the result of her planning. And as the bell finally rang, she pulled her things together and took off down the hallway to go see Richie. She stopped at his locker and stood in front of him. He looked down at her with a smirk as she bounced up and down in sheer joy. He chuckled lightly and patted her head.

"Let me grab my stuff, ok?" Richie smiled at her.

"Ok. I have to put my books back, but walk me out?"

"Of course, go ahead."

And (Y/n) put back the books she wouldn't need for the night. She then took her backpack, slung in over her shoulder, and went back to Richie. Richie grabbed her hand and held it in his, allowing her to lead him out the door.
