Kai's POV:

I wake up and all of the memories from yesterday flood into my mind. I smile and feel happy for real. She made me happy in ways that I couldn't even put into words. Y/N is all the way on top of me this morning. I guess she feels more comfortable, I mean it seems like she had been anticipating that kiss for a while.

If I'm being honest I was too. I had wanted to kiss her for so long. When she leaned in I knew that I had to kiss her back, it was the perfect moment. And then her body. She was the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I saw her entire backside and from that angle she was absolutely perfect. Of course I loved her for more than that, she was perfect in every aspect.

I have decided that I want to take her on a real date tonight. I need to talk to Damon, which is still scary but it's what I have to do. She finally wakes up and kisses me. She holds me and kisses me so deeply I may suffocate but I don't care, I would die for her. I couldn't believe that I had fallen for someone. I thought I would be my old self forever.

She smiles and pulls away. "I am gonna go shower," she says after she gets off me. She is only wearing booty shorts and a tank top, so hot. I ran down to go talk to Damon. He is at the table with Elena. I try to gather my courage to talk to them. I walk over and sit down at the chair across from both of them at the table.

"If it's alright with you guys, I want to take Y/N on a date, a first date, officially." Damon clenches his jaw already pissed. I cower and go to walk away when Elena calls for me to come back. "Hey Kai, if you really want, you can take her on a date. Do you want any tips on what to do?" My face lightens at Elena's words. At least she was easy to talk to and most of all she was forgiving towards me.

"Um yes of course, where does she like to eat?" Elena thinks for a moment. "She really just likes to go to the Mystic Grill. She does like things to be simple." I nod my head. "What about like flowers or gifts or anything?" Elena laughs at me. "You don't have to do any of that for her, she will just be happy that you're asking her on a date."

I nod and hug Elena, she really was helpful. By the time I get back upstairs Y/N is naked in her room. I yell and turn away as quickly as possible. I kinda laugh after I'm turned around. "I am sorry Y/N." She laughs a really light and somehow beautiful laugh.

"Just get in here." I close my eyes and walk into her room. I find her bed and lay face down in it. "I'm dressed, dumbass." I get up and she is wearing a black set of undergarments, just like all her other ones I've seen. "How many of those things do you have," I question.

She looks down at herself and covers herself with her arms. "I um, bought every color, red, blue, black, hot pink, and even green, yellow, and purple. No orange though, I thought it was a weird color to wear. I never wear the green, yellow or purple ones though." She laughs a little and puts the rest of her clothes on.

Today she put on a light summer dress. It looks amazing on her. It's a pale green, which not many people can pull off. It matched her hair and her eyes and her body fit every curve of it perfectly. It makes the perfect dress for our date I'm going to ask her to.

"Y/N I have a question for you." She looks concerned at me. "No it's nothing bad, I swear. It's actually something really good, and the only thing I'm worried about is your answer." She looks at me with question in her eyes.

"I want to take you out on a date tonight, Y/N if you will let me." She smiles so big and walks toward me and climbs onto me. "Of course Kai, I would not love anything more." She sits on my lap and kisses me. She kisses me more and more, she is like a drug, I can't get enough of her.

We finally pull away out of breath. I have gotten her. Not in a bad way, but it's just I cared, and she trusted me. I never will let go of her. I don't think it is possible for me to ever let her go. I would love her forever, and for a vampire forever is a long time.
