Kya x Lin - Two professors

Lin, professor Lin, was on her way to her last class of the day. She's been having back to back classes, and was really looking forward to the end of her last class. As she was about to enter the class, professor Kya, walked out. They almost bumped into each other since Lin was looking through her papers in hand, while Kya was putting away her books into her bag while walking out. Lin looked up and saw a pair of beautiful blue eyes which have been driving her crazy for quite some time now. Kya smiled...
Kya : Oops.. sorry there, wasn't paying attention to where I was going..
Lin : Uhh.. no no it's okay, I should have been more attentive too..
Kya : So.. you must be really looking forward to the end of this class, you look pretty exhausted, had a full day schedule?
Lin : Oh yeah, a pretty full packed day..
Lin smiled nervously while trying to avoid eye contact with the professor infront of her. Kya suddenly put her hand on Lin's shoulder and said ...
Kya : Well then, get the class started, the sooner you start the sooner you will end it.
Kya smiled at the younger professor infront of her, giving her shoulder a light squeeze and making her way to the staff office, leaving Lin all flustered and exhausted even more from the adrenaline that Kya has caused to rush through her.

Ending the class, Lin headed towards the staff office where she assumed she'd still get to see her favorite professor. Upon entering the office Lin got quiet disappointed to it being empty, but she noticed that Kya's bag was still hanging there on her chair. That meant only one thing. She will get to have few seconds of goodbye before heading back home. Before Kya headed back home, as for Lin she had a long evening ahead of her in preparations for the last 2 weeks of the semester. She had papers to work on, and few senior student's applications to go through. It's going to be a long evening for professor Lin.

Lin thought of heading to the cafeteria, as she was walking towards the exit, Kya entered the office. Kya closed the door behind her and she turned towards the room she noticed Lin standing not too far, assuming she was headed towards the door. Lin looked at Kya confused on why was she having two bottles of orange juice in her hands. All this while Kya was walking towards her smiling.
Kya : Are you possibly headed to the cafeteria?
Lin : Yes, I was actually going to grab a drink to start working on my pending paperwork I have. It seems I'm staying in late today.
Kya hands her a bottle of orange juice.
Kya : Here, I thought you might want a drink so I grabbed you one with mine here.
Lin took the bottle that was handed to her.
Lin : Well that's really thoughtful of you, thank you.
They exchanged looks to each other and kept on looking at each other what seemed forever.
They were interrupted by someone suddenly entering the office. It was professor Su, Lin's half younger sister. Su entered the office and the two women on the left of the room caught her attention. They both looked kind of uncomfortable with her presence, she glanced at them and then to the objects in their hands and she assumed what had happened few seconds before she entered. She looked back at Lin and smiled.
Su : What are you both still doing here, classes ended an hour ago.
Lin : I might as well ask you the same question.
Su caught the hint of irritation in her sister's voice for interrupting an intimate moment that her sister dies to get with her secret professor crush.
Su : I just finished my after class dance session with my students. I came in here to pick up some papers, so I can finish enrolling some of my students. Why so grumpy sis.
Su giggled while walking towards her table going through her papers and picking up some important stuff she thought were.
Kya : So I better get going too I wouldn't want to keep you away from work.
Lin : Yeah I guess so, it's getting late anyways, I'm sure you're exhausted after a long day and can't wait to hit the couch.
Lin laughed slightly walking towards her desk, placing the juice on the side of the table. She sat down and opened her Laptop. She put on her reading glasses and started to go through her emails.
Kya walked towards her table and started to gather up her things she thought she'd need back home to work.
At the mean time, Su came up to Lin's desk.
Su : Are you staying late again? Shouldn't you be living a little?
Lin : Just keep walking to the exit Su.
Su giggled slightly, bending towards Lin a little to whisper.
Su whispers : I am really sorry for interrupting earlier.
Su raised herself smiling at Lin for a few seconds and then headed out of the office. Lin pinched the bridge of her nose, slightly annoyed and embarrassed from her sister's comment. Kya at that moment walked towards Lin's desk with her bag and other stuff, stood infront of Lin's desk.
Kya : Don't work yourself to death, just like your sister said, don't forget to live.
Kya giggled slightly, giving a genuine smile to Lin, and as she was about to walk away from the desk. Lin spoke up.
Lin : I can't possibly not thank you for being too nice to me. Maybe we could grab a cup of coffee together somewhere nice?
Kya : You know you don't have to repay me for a simple juice bottle? Right?
Lin : Oh no no it's not like that, I jus——
Kya laughed at Lin's awkwardness and cut her off mid sentence.
Kya : I was just teasing, but your idea sounds nice. How about tomorrow noon? I'm sure you'll want to sleep in a little longer after tonight's work.
Kya kept looking at Lin smiling softly waiting for Lin's answer, as Lin was just staring almost forgetting to reply to her crush. Lin started stuttering...
Lin : Um, yes, ofcourse ... sounds like a umm ... plan?
Kya started laughing even more at how Lin got so shy whenever they had a good conversation.
Kya : Well then, I will just get your number from our WhatsApp group. I'll text you my favorite place's location. See you tomorrow professor Lin.
Lin couldn't ignore how sexy Kya's last sentence sounded. She was melting, hyperventilating, receiving an enormous amount of adrenaline. After a short pause Lin replied.
Lin : Uhh, yes.. I'll be waiting.
Lin awkwardly smiled at the professor infront of her, as she watched Kya walking towards the exit. Before exiting, Kya looked back at Lin.
Kya : I'm definitely looking forward, have a good rest of the day then.
With that Kya left the office, leaving Lin a shy flustered mess. Lin plopped down into her chair, running both of her hands through her short hair, thinking of how to get tomorrow arrive faster. She was very excited even though their outing for coffee didn't mean anything in particular. But the young professor knew that it was definitely the beginning of something really beautiful.
