Kya x Lin - Two professors

They were both in the car, Lin driving to the place Kya told her about. They drove through the drive-thru and got their meals. They decided with some Chinese fried rice. On their way back to Kya's place, Kya smoothly took Lin's free hand into hers and intertwined their fingers. Lin while driving looked over to Kya who was carelessly playing with her phone. Kya noticed Lin's eyes on hers and held Lin's hand more tightly, smiling and not looking up back at Lin.

Kya : I know I'm never gonna get you make the first step to showing some physical affection. Thought might do the first move.

Lin held Kya's hand tightly and smiled looking back at the road.

They reached Kya's place, Kya offered parking her car in the underground car park they had below the building. Lin parked her car and took out the bags of food walking over to Kya's door. Seeing her still gathering her things into her bag making sure she didn't leave anything behind. Lin opened her door, looking at Kya with loving eyes.. Kya looked up and smiled

Kya : Yknow if you weren't you it would be really creepy of you to stare at me like that.
Lin : I'm happy I don't creep you out cuz it's hard not to stare at you

Lin realized that she had just confessed to Kya of her feelings and looked away into the direction of the elevators. Kya got out of the car and stood infront of Lin closely looking at her straight in the eye waiting for Lin to look back at her. Lin knew that Kya was staring at her and waiting for the eye contact but instead Lin started to turn around to walk towards the elevator but was stopped when Kya held her arm.

Kya : Look at me.

Lin turned towards Kya making eye contact with the professor infront of her. Lin could not help but think how Kya's blue eyes were just beautiful and magical and she would want to look into them for the rest of her life.

Kya : I do stare at you in the academy too yknow, don't be ashamed of yourself.

Lin looked at Kya's lips as she spoke and when she finished she looked back up into Kya's eyes and smiled. Somehow the elder professor made her relaxed, feel comfortable unlike other people. Lin didn't even mind Kya standing so close to her at this point because Kya's smell was her favorite. They kept looking at each other for few more seconds the Lin broke their silence

Lin : Well I guess we gotta go now, wouldn't want to eat our meals cold.
Lin laughed slightly as well as Kya.

Kya : Let's go then

Kya took Lin's free hand and guided them to the elevator. Kya pressed on the elevator's button calling for one. They stood there holding each other hands not wanting to let go. Finally an elevator arrived they entered it and Kya pressed the 24th floor. Lin looked at Kya's action and said

Lin : Quite high isn't it?
Kya: Don't tell me you're afraid of heights?
She looked back at Lin slightly laughing
Lin : Well.. is that bad?
Kya : Not at all, but for a such tough person like you I didn't think it would bother you.
Lin : Very funny Kya ...
Lin rolled her eyes and looked somewhere away from Kya.
Kya pulling Lin's hand indicating her to look back at her. Lin turned looking back at Kya who was smiling softly at her
Kya : Don't worry your secret is safe with me.

Lin suddenly felt the urge of showing Kya affection to let her know that she's grateful for Kya being thoughtful on just their first "date" She leaned over to Kya slightly and kissed her forehead. Kya wasn't expecting such a move from Lin remembering her comment she gave during her drive of showing physical affection. Kya blushed and turned towards the elevator's doors that were opening now. Lin started laughing slightly at how Kya was caught surprised and shocked. Kya pulled her walking towards the apartment's door. Kya let go of Lin's hand and started to search for her keys, after a while she opened the door and stepped in waiting for Lin to enter closing the door behind them and locking it. Lin walked into the apartment even more entering the living room, she kept looking around the room noticing the soft tones of blue furniture and soft blue painted walls. Kya walked behind Lin and placed her hand on Lin's shoulder taking her attention and taking those bags with their dinner from her.
