"Cmon, let's go." Atem smiled. Yugi looked up from the ground and into Atem's eyes.

"Oh, y-yeah sure..." Yugi folded his hands behind his back. He noticed Atem had crimson, red eyes that he never noticed before since he never looked anyone in the eyes. But he still had a unnerving feeling. Was he scared? Yugi didn't feel he could trust anyone anymore. He took a deep breath and followed Atem outside.

"Nice weather, huh?" Atem mentioned. Yugi didn't look him in the eyes but nodded.

"Y-Yeah... I want t-to draw..." He muttered. Atem turned his head looking at him.

"Draw? You draw?" Atem asked, looking surprised.

"Yeah... didn't you see me drawing when you first came up to me? Well, before I spaced out and fell asleep..." Yugi closed his eyes, peacefully.

"Oh sorry, no..."

"Oh."

"Yeah."

"Maybe I can show you my art sometime?"

"Really?"

"Y-Yeah! Seems cool..."

"Sounds awesome!"

After the two shared that idea, it was silent. Yugi found it peaceful and quiet, while the other found it awkward.

"Erm..." Atem said. "I guess we can go back now. Your Grandpa is probably here. Right?" He chuckled.

"P-Probably..." Yugi grinned towards the ground. So, the two started heading back towards the parking lot where Yugi's Grandfather might be. And thus, there he was.

"Oh hey, Is that your Grandpa?" Atem pointed towards Yugi's Grandpa's car.

"Mhm...!"

"Well... we should hang out again sometime! You seem really cool, Yugi!" Atem smiled at him. Yugi's eyes twinkled like midnight skies.

"Really? You w-want to hang out with m-me?!" Yugi shouted, pointing towards himself.

"Of course!"

"Oh... heh... see you tomorrow, Atem...!"

"See ya later!" Atem waved. Yugi walked towards his Grandfather's car. He slid into the car with a wide grin on his small face. Grandpa raised an eyebrow and gasped.

"Yugi?! What happened to you?! You're like, covered in bandages!" He exclaimed.

"I-It's a long story... but I made a new friend." He smiled lightly.

"Who?"

"That boy who just waved goodbye to me, h-he's super nice... and friendly, kind, funny..." Yugi preached.

"Oh~ I see." Grandpa smirked.

"G-Grandpa! It's not like that! I just met him!" Yugi shouted, blushing. "How can I trust anyone...?"

"Yugi, I'm just in the mood for old man jokes! You know I'm not serious." Grandpa laughed, playfully teasing Yugi.

"Hmph!"

~Atem's house~

Atem groaned as he walked through the door of his extraordinary household. He dropped his bag and started to head upstairs where his bedroom was. Until his mother interrupted. She came out of the kitchen with a huge friendly smile and looked at her boy.

"Hey hon! How was school?" She exclaimed. Atem looked at her and came back down.

"It was alright, I guess... I made one friend. Meanwhile all the girls just looked and drooled." Atem complained.
