After a short quarrel, they had agreed that Potter, Weasley, and Granger were to be fitted for Slytherin robes. Going dressed as Gryffindor's would be the obvious choice. Millicent prepared her wand at her side silently praying for strength and wisdom.
Morrigan felt her body ripple with her magic almost flaring in a warning. The abysmal cauldron where she stored her magic was full. It roared inside of her, seemingly like crashing waves on boulders.
Milicent then opened the door from the room of requirements and the two Slytherins began their search for the famed diadem.
It was in the castle. Hidden in plain sight. Where things were forgotten.
The people who would storm in at the castle were supposed to be the order, but her legion was glamoured outside in a clearing Bane had provided them with.
Aidan had been doing that. He was rallying all the troops for her. The trolls, the werewolves, the dementors, and the centaurs. All of them ready to fight for a cause— her cause.

"Millie, I need you to find Potter. He is the only one who can locate the diadem. He can sense it. I have other things that I must do. You must do as I say. Don't come after me. We'll be alright, Millie. If I don't make it, then know it was a great honor to be alive with you. May we meet again", Morrigan says enveloping the girl in her arms.

"Mor, be smart, please. We need you. Draco needs you. May we meet again. Save us, Morrigan, our Slytherin queen", Millicent cried.
She felt tears slide down her cheeks and neck. This would be her farewell. She would not see Draco's gentle face with the light that shimmered on his cheeks. She would never get to see their children roam on Isle Scorpius. She was going to break their promise. She would go first. She would succumb to what Salazar and Maeve told her.

"Tell them, please. It was all for them. Tell them to rattle the stars for me", Morrigan finished, gently kissing the girl's forehead.

Morrigan closed her eyes and left to run down the hall. She needed to find Nagini, and she needed to find Potter. She knew where Voldemort was going to attack. Harry Potter is a walking bleeding heart. She knew Voldemort's flank was going to attack mercilessly, then ask for him. He was going to show off he murdered Potter, killing the hope of the war.

What he did not know was that a different hope shone as bright as embers. Made up of people who glittered in silver and who worked together to remake the world. One where everyone would live peacefully. One that would go down in history. One made up of snakes who were deemed the very ones who poisoned it in the first place. Because not all snakes are evil and corrupt.

She needed to buy as much time as possible. She ran past the owlery and into the boathouse where Severus Snape waited for her.

"Voldemort thinks you are the sole master of the Elder wand since you killed Dumbledore", she said, before even thinking.

He raised his eyebrows in surprise.

"He knows. He is going to kill you. However, you did not disarm him. Draco did. It was his all along. Potter is the master now. Lucius disarmed Draco at the Manor, and Lucius was disarmed by Potter when they were captured. You need to leave-", she started.
