At Ease With You

Hwasa wakes the next morning on her living room couch. She sees that the television is still on and attempts to reach for the remote on the coffee table. Namjoon's hold on her just tightens as he spoons her from behind, apparently not wanting to separate from her warmth. 

Her extended arm just flops in defeat. She cranes her neck to look at him only find him still sound asleep.

Memories from last night trail back into her mind. She looks down at her chest, where the necklace Namjoon gave her rests  beautifully on her skin. The sun coming from the nearby window hits the pendant just right, making the diamonds sparkle. 

She smiles to herself. 

She thinks back to the day she downloaded the Celebrity Tinder app. She didn't think she'd have much success using it, yet here she is. Although she initially had a bad impression of the app, she is grateful that she mustered up the courage to download it. 

Pre-tinder she was always more of a traditionalist when it came to relationships and love. Times are changing now however, and technology has presented the world with infinite possibilities and ways to meet people. Sometimes, even, people from across the world. 

It's rare to find authentic people and relationships when using online dating apps. At least, that's what she read online. It's easy for people to fake personas, catfish, and just straight up lie using such a platform. She's happy she didn't have such an experience. Granted, real celebrities were using the app and the app authenticates them. But being a celebrity doesn't mean their exempt from carrying out such absurdities. 

She reminds herself to call Wheein tonight to let her know that she's now a taken woman. She hopes the older won't cry like she did the last time she got a boyfriend. Wheein cried tears of happiness for her and that took her aback because the older was always the stronger one emotionally. But ultimately, it just reiterated the fact that she's truly her best friend and wants the best for her.

For a moment she begins to think about how they'll be able to sustain their relationship as they go on about their regular idol activities. Kpop stan culture is amazing. The support and dedication of fans is unmatched. However, at times it can be suffocating and almost toxic. Dating often times is out of the question for idols. 

They would need to keep it under wraps for sure. However, she didn't mind. The less people involved the better. 

Namjoon begins to stir. He places a lingering kiss on her neck and nuzzles his face into it.

"Good morning beautiful." 

"Morning Joon." She says with a smile. 

"What do you want to do today? We have the whole day together." He reminds her.

 After today, it will be some time before they'll be able to see each other again. Namjoon is going to be busy with a long list of engagements for BTS. Since they're one of the biggest international stars, they've been invited to many American programs. His schedule was going to be jam packed for the next couple of weeks. 

As for Hwasa, today is the last day of Mamamoo's vacation. They are going to prepare to have a virtual fan meeting and possibly work on new music. As part of her solo schedules, she will remain featuring on ILA, and has been invited to do multiple photo shoots and brand deals. She's been tossing around the idea of working on more solo music but that is still pending. It's going to get crazy, but she honestly couldn't wait to start working again.

"Hmm why don't we go to beach? It's a nice day." She suggests after some thought. 

Namjoon excitedly agrees and they start to get ready.
