But this was inspired by that once scene in Harry Potter where Ron is injured and his girlfriend (Who's name I can't remember) goes to check on him, only for him to mumble Hermione's name in his sleep
So essentially the idea is this: (Oc/character) is in love with (Crush), but the only thing is (Crush) is in what's seems like a very lovey dovey relationship with (Enemy).
(Enemy) is the classic "possessive gf/be who pretends to be sweet and kind in front of their partner" and may or may not know about your crush on their partner, because they tend to rub their relationship in your face. Well, in everyone's face actually, but it feels like it's mostly you.
Anyways, one day (Crush) gets into some kind of accident, Nothing life threatening don't worry, but they're still going to be passed out for a bit. Because you're friends with them, you go to check on them, only to see them stir in their sleep-
Aaaand then of course this is where (Enemy) hurries in playing the role of the worried gf/bf who's fretting over their partner so much it's annoying. But they start to hear (Crush) speak, quietly.
They whisper out (Oc/character)'s name.
