Okay so what if I told you this was inspired by a line from Hifumi Yamada from THH-
Essentially it went like this:
Me: *watching a video where the danganronpa characters introduce themselves*
Hifumi: I'm Hifumi Yamada, but if you'd like to call me by my nickname "The alpha and the omega" I don't mind!
Me: Oh my god was that a reference to the omega verse trope-Hifumi that's so cliché you can do better!
Me, remembering it could be a good prompt: W A I T-
Anyways uh-yeah. I was inspired by Hifumi. Sad I know.
If somehow you don't know how the trope works, it's essentially this:
Everyone in the world is either an alpha, a beta, or an omega. Alphas are at the top, super strong and powerful, beats are in the middle, not as strong or powerful, and omegas are at the bottom, they're super weak.
Alpha tend to favor omega's, and since they're pretty rare, will jump on them when they have the chance to "mark" them. Essentially form a relationship with them, but it's forever if you mark them. But Omega's have the choice to let alpha's mark them, and if you force them to let you mark them.......uh, I don't want to say it since it might be a trigger for some people, but I think it's the same as sexual assault......
