This is chaos but we'll get through together

Big news

Everyone agrees on a restaurant after a lot of back and forth and Kitty sits holding Anna's hand. They would have to announce their plan to have a baby now.
"Hey guys? Me and Anna have some news" she says quietly and everyone looks at them.
"What is it? You can tell us anything" Jane says and Kitty takes a deep breath and looks at Anna who nods.
"Me and Kitty have been doing some thinking and well... we've decided we want to have a baby together" she says and immediately everyone starts talking.
"Hey. Hey one at a time. Marriage order!" Jane says and Catherine nods.
"So when are you doing it?"
"At some point during the next month"
"Can I buy the baby heelies"
"Not yet Anne. Wait a while" Anna says and Kitty nods.
"Is there anything we can do to help?"
"Well we will need help putting a nursery together" and finally Cathy was up to ask.
"So who's gonna be the one to do the whole birthing thing?"
"Me. We discussed it and I know Anna would probably be more comfortable if I did it" Kitty says and Anna nods.
"Plus it gives me an excuse to treat her like a queen constantly" she says and Kitty smiles, kissing her cheek.

A few weeks later

Kitty wasn't feeling well. Anna walks around the pharmacy searching for the one thing she needed. They'd done some sciencey thing where their DNA was like mixed or something and implanted. She didn't understand it. But if it meant their baby would be there then she was happy. She finds some pregnancy tests and pays for them as well as a bag of sweets for Kitty. She gets home to Kitty curled up on the couch watching tv with Jane.
"I got the stuff" Kitty jumps up and drags her to the bathroom.
"Ready?"

They were all positive.
"We're gonna have a baby!" Kitty squeals and Anna kisses her.
"I love you"
"I love you too. Let's go tell the others!" Kitty says happily and Anna chuckles, holding her hand as they walk out to the others.
"All positive!" Everyone whoops and hugs them.
"We should book a scan to see. Just in case" Kitty says and Anna nods.
"I'll sort that. For now though let's get you up to bed" she says, smiling and bringing Kitty upstairs and calling to book a scan. Luckily there was an opening for the next day. So they'd go for that one.

The next day

Kitty grips Anna's hand as they wait. Was this really happening? Was she pregnant?
"Katherine Howard?" They stand up and follow the nurse down a hall.
"I'm Dr Branson. I'll be your obgyn for today! So hop right on up on the bed and we can get started" Kitty lets Anna help her onto the bed and lays down. The nurse runs her through everything and she rolls her shirt up to let the nurse put the gel on and starts moving the stick around.
"There we go. There's your baby" she points to a little blob on the screen and Kitty tears up.
"You're six weeks along now. So would you like me to print out some scan pictures?" Kitty nods and the nurse smiles, walking out.
"Wow. Our little baby" Anna whispers and Kitty looks up to see her all teary eyed.
"We're gonna be moms" a few minutes pass and then the nurse comes in with the scan pictures in an envelope.
"There you go"

Another skip

"Clear out the spare room we have a nursery to build!" Anna yells, walking into the house. Everyone starts screaming and hugging them.
"We got the scan photos" Kitty says, pulling them out to show everyone.
"That's our baby right there" she says, pointing to the little bean shaped blob.
"Our little jellybean" Anna says softly, kissing the top of her head.
"Well then. Let's go shopping!" Jane says and everyone cheers.
"Will we get someone to watch the kids?" Jane asks and Anne nods.
"Good idea. Bessie has a day off so I'll ask her" Anne says, calling Bessie who shows up within 10 minutes.
"Bessie!" Anne chuckles as Elizabeth runs over and hugs Bessie's legs.
"Hey Lizzie!"
"Hey Lizzie we gotta go out for a bit. Can you be a good girl for Bessie?" Anne says, kneeling down to her level.
"Okay mama" Elizabeth says, hugging her. Anne smiles and hugs back, kissing the top of her head.
"Love you bubba"
"Love you mama" there's hugs and goodbyes and then they're off.
"What theme are we going for?" Jane asks and Anna shrugs.
"Kitty what do you think?"
"I'm not sure" Kitty says, holding Anna's hand.
"Why don't we do colour scheme instead?" She suggests and Kitty nods.
"I like light grey and white" she says and Anna smiles.
"That sounds perfect"

Time skip- a few months later

"Anne no eating the cookies!" Jane swats Anne's hand away and she pouts.
"Aunt Janey can I have a cookie please?"
"Give them a few minutes Lizzie. They're very hot and we don't want to burn ourselves do we?" She says and Elizabeth nods. She was the professional snack tester and was loving her job for helping with preparations for the gender reveal. Anna had taken Kitty out for the day to look at some baby essentials and everyone else was busy getting the party set up. It would be them, the ladies in waiting and that was it really. Something small and personal.
"Jane I'm bored"
"Mama gotta help mommy with the dec...decations!"
"Decorations bubba. And when did you get so like auntie Janey then?" Anne chuckles, kneeling to wipe some flour off Elizabeth's cheek.
"Nuh uh. Like mama. See? Mama hair!" She points to the miniature space buns in her hair.
"Yeah just like mama" Anne chuckles, kissing her nose and heading outside to help Cathy. They'd worked it all out and had it so Jane was auntie Janey, Lina was nana, Anna was auntie Anna/her godmother and Kitty was her cousin/auntie Kit. Everyone else was seen as aunties and she had two godmothers, the other being Bessie.

Time skip

Jane puts the last of the snacks out with help from Maggie while Anne runs around with Elizabeth on her shoulders.
"Okay guys they're on the way home" Cathy says, coming out carrying Mae who was babbling happily.
"Looks like everything is just ready. I got the confetti balloon" Mary says, coming out with Catherine who was carrying Edward who was crying.
"Aww did someone wake up grumpy?" Jane coos, taking him and hugging him.
"They're coming!" Anne calls out, moving Elizabeth down to her hip. Catherine quickly opens the side gate and beckons to them to come in.

Another skip

Anna smiles as she pops the balloon and confetti falls down. Kitty squeals excitedly and hugs her.
"It's a..."
