You yawn, pulling Nick's hoodie over your head and walking to the kitchen. You had to stream again today, especially since you haven't steamed for 3 days. You see that George was already sitting at the table, phone pressed to his ear. You smile, passing by him, hearing Clay's voice on the other end. You try and grab cereal as quietly as you can, but George just end ups facetiming Clay so you can both talk to him.

"Wait so who kissed who first?"

You blush slightly, smiling at Clay's question. It was one of numerous questions since two of his best friends are now dating.

"It was me actually."

"I fucking knew it! Of course he would say it was him, what a nimrod"

You three break into small laughter, throwing a few insults about Nick around. You hear footsteps and turn to see Karl rubbing his eyes, yawning. He walks over, waving to Clay as he settles on the couch, pulling out his phone. You spend the next while taking with Clay and George as Alex and Nick slowly wake up. Alex went and joined Karl on the couch, Nick came to the kitchen with you. He came up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist and kissing the top of your head.

"Morning sleepy"

You mumble soft enough that George can barely hear. You look over and see Clay, smiling like an idiot. He looked like a father after their child's first steps. You lean into Nick's arms as he cranes his neck to see that you're wearing his hoodie.

"This looks better on you."

He tugs lightly at the sleeve of the hoodie and a blush washes over your face. George and Clay pick back up to their conversation and Nick grabs your hand, leading you to the office.

"Need any help with stream today?"

You pause, taking a moment to consider, but there isn't really anything for him to do. But, you still want to spend time with him, so you make an excuse.

"Well, I could always use an extra player, I actually think that would make it even. I'll ask Tommy."

Tommy had invited you to his jackbox lobby, but he decided not to stream, so you took the opportunity. You grab your phone, opening Tommy's contact and asking him. He answers right away, reluctantly agreeing to let Nick join. You smile brightly and pull Alex's chair to be next to yours.

"We have like 20 minutes til I start, need any help with editing?"

"You ready to get your ass beat?"

You smile at Nick, waiting for his response.

"Your mom can get her ass beat"

You both laugh at the the stupidity of his 'joke'. Mad verse city was one of your favourite games and the fans love it. You and Nick had been waiting to go against eachother and finally got it. You mute yourself and lean over to Nick.

"Don't flirt or anything, I don't want the fans getting sus or anything."

He blushes slightly, nodding and un muting your mic for you. You guys end up both roasting eachother pretty hard, but you win. According to Nick you had second player advantage, but you keep rubbing it in his face. After about an hour after that, you end stream and say your goodbyes to everyone in the call. You sigh, turning to face Nick. His phone buzzes, and he picks it up, face dropping when he looks at it.

"What's wrong?"

He looks up at you, shaking his head.

"Nothing, why?"
