    I followed Kate as she walked out of the room. 
    "Kate?  Are you okay?"
    "Yeah- no, I'm not.  Y/n, you need to stay away from Miles, okay?  And.. we need to get out of here."  Kate whispered the last part.
    "Kate.. um, I overheard you speaking about the last nanny that was here?  What was that exactly about..?"  I questioned.
    "Let's talk about this in our room,"
    She gripped my arm and walked in the direction of what was once just her room, but then turned into ours after I became paranoid having a room by myself.  When we walked into our bedroom, Kate let go of my arm and shut the bedroom door.
    "Ms. Jessel... she was the nanny before me.  I believe Quint murdered her."  Kate spoke, a bit shaken up.
    "Murdered?!  No.. I thought Ms. Jessel just left, quit, y'know?"  I replied, not wanting to believe that Ms. Jessel had been murdered. 
    There was something wrong with Miles, yes.  And it was because of Quint, but... murder being involved?  They were in the whereabouts where someone was murdered?
    "Read it,"  Kate handed me Ms. Jessel's journal.     
    "The way she speaks about Quint, and look, I know I may look and sound crazy but I promise you, it's easier to believe when you read this."
    "Yeah, I'll read it."  I spoke, trying to show a bit of a smile.
    "I'll explain more later, I swear.  I just need more time to piece everything together."

yall low key saw this happening lolol um i think imma discontinue this book. i just don't have much interest in not finn wolfhard per say, but i've "moved on" ??  yea, sort of i guess.  i'm just not interested in writing this book anymore and i've took a break from writing. and yea i'm pretty busy this year with hs yk and i'm actually a lot happier hanging out with friends.  im gonna focus more on myself and i'm sorry about the discontinuation of this book:/
