There was obvious tension between Y/n and Miles. He was more colder than before and they barely made contact with each other. Y/n still kept in contact with Flora, of course. But her and Miles were just distant. Kate still taught Flora and managed to get to a regular routine. Y/n even started to share a room with Kate since she was a bit paranoid because of Miles. But today was the day she was gonna talk to him again. At least try to. It's probably been about a week, so maybe that break was long enough? We'll find out now.
"Miles?" Y/n called out as she walked in the stables.
She soon found Miles standing in front of a dead swan. It's neck was broken, and his hands had been covered in blood.
"I didn't do it. I found her like this," Miles turned his head to Y/n.
Y/n didn't quite know how to react. She knew Miles had a dark side, but she never knew he could act like this.
"You don't believe me."
"No! I mean- I do. I do believe you Miles," Y/n answered.
Miles walked over to Samson and started to climb on.
"Miles! Please talk to me. What is going on? Is everything okay?" Y/n grabbed Miles' hand, forgetting about the bloody incident.
"Y/n.. I don't know anymore. I can't tell you. Please just stay away from me." Miles answered without giving further detail. He pulled his hand back and took Samson for a ride.
Y/n knew something was wrong with Miles. He obviously wasn't himself. So she decided to look around the estate.
