Grian started to cry, and that started evolving into something worst.
Grian was having a panick attack, and was a very severe one. He was now sensitive to the touch. His mind was somewhere else.

Mumbo tried to hug him, but Grian started shouting, frantically begging him to stop.

He was living a nightmare.

He was running out of breath, gasping for air as he was thinking about the past.
Mumbo couldn't do anything.
Grian was lost in his thoughts.

He was screaming and sobbing, crying for the pain to stop.

It was hard to breath.
He needed air.

He runs out of air.

Grian screamed and desperately tried to breath. But he felt like underwater, forgetting about his surroundings.
Focusing on the pain.

He almost collapsed, trying hard to stay conscious.
He felt so much pain.

When Grian respowned, Mumbo hugged him very tightly.
He now knew where he was, but was still having difficulties with breathing, because of the memories.
Mumbo tried to calm him down, but he was trapped inside his own head.

Mumbo knew the story behind this panic attack, but wasn't sure why it triggered now.
And why so badly.

They tried a breathing exercise, inhale 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds and breathe for 8 seconds.

Grian slowly but surely started to calm down.
-Better?- Mumbos asked.

Grian just nodded, tears still streaming on his face.
