your umbrella | woosan (completed)

chapter one - anomynous umbrella.

cold wind gently blew through wooyoung's hair as he was making his way back home from school.

as always, his parents were out so he had no choice but to walk home.

the sky was quite cloudy and dark, and wooyoung was sure it would rain soon. but, his home was still quite far, and he could already feel light sprinkles of water in his hair.

he had no umbrella, meaning if it started raining, he would definitely get wet.

his home was now ten minutes away, and the sky had now gotten darker and the rain more heavy.

before long, the rain started pouring heavily, drenching wooyoung's hair and clothes.

by the time he found a shelter — under a bus stop — he was completely covered in water and shivering cold.

wooyoung found a spot to sit on, a bench.

goodness, he thought, how am i supposed to get home?

he decided to wait for the rain to calm down, although he wasn't sure how long it'd be.

after a very long fifteen minutes, the rain still hadn't calmed down.

"i'm gonna be here forever...", he muttered to himself.

he was just about to take the risk and make a run for his house, when he heard an almost silent sound coming from next to him.

he looked towards the direction of the sound, next to him on the bench. he couldn't quite tell what was laying there.

wooyoung was confused. is that an... umbrella? and a hood?

he glanced around. he couldn't see anyone, not only because it was dark, but because there was really no one out.

i guess it would be fine to use them... they weren't here before.

he put on the warm hoodie and opened the umbrella.

he felt better than earlier, although he wondered who had left the mystery items there...

aah i finally finished chapter one! it's quite short but it'll get better, don't worry!

if this sucks so far then sorry, i was like half asleep while writing this.
