"hey mingi...?" yunho asked as he lied next to mingi in his bed.

"yes?"

"when was the last time we went out together, just the two of us?"

mingi thought for a bit. "i'm not sure... it wasn't recently though. why?"

a smile creeped to yunho's face. "i was thinking to take you out today."

mingi's expression brightened. "a-are you sure? i mean, we don't have to if you don't want..."

"i really want to take you out mingi! it's been too long." yunho insisted.

"okay then!"

"so, you better get ready. it's a date!" yunho exclaimed, jumping up from the bed.

"this is my house though, what are you gonna wear?" mingi questioned.

"hm, well, i'm taller than you so... do you have any oversized clothes?"

"yeah, just help yourself to my closet."

yunho grinned as he raced to mingi's closet, picking clothes for himself.

mingi followed.

(a.n : just imagine they're wearing whatever you want, i'm not good when it comes to fashion hehe...)

yunho went to the bathroom to get changed, whereas mingi stayed in his bedroom.

after they changed, they walked together to yunho's car.

as the elder started the car, mingi asked, "where are we going?"

"you'll see~" yunho smirked.

they pulled up at a building.

"i still don't know where we are." mingi complained as they got out the car.

"you're gonna love it min. let's go inside!" yunho grinned.

they went inside, to a lady at the front desk.

"hello! is it just the two of you?" she asked.

"yes, i'd like to get a private room please." yunho stated to the lady.

"alright... that will be $30." the lady held out a card reader as yunho grabbed out his credit card and scanned it.

he put it back in his pocket.

"okay, you two are in room #8. enjoy your time!" the lady smiled at them as they left to their room.

"thank you!" yunho exclaimed behind him.

yunho took mingi's hand as they walked to their designated room.

mingi finally had an idea on where they were.

they entered the room. it was dimmed with colourful lights.

"here, take this." yunho passed mingi some sunglasses.

mingi put on the sunglasses and smirked, "don't i look stunning?"

"you look stunning all the time, darling."

mingi huffed as his face went red. his boyfriend was just too nice.

"alright, here. choose a song." yunho gave the remote for the big screen to mingi.

"so we are at a karaoke!" mingi beamed brightly.

"yeah! i know how much you love singing and rapping, so i brought you here."

"yunho, you are the absolute best!"

"no, you are mingi." yunho caressed mingi's cheek, planting a tiny peck on it.

"hmph, why are you so nice to me?"

"because you deserve it. now choose a song!" yunho yelled, giggling afterwards.

mingi and yunho spent most of the rest of the day singing and rapping to many fun and random songs.

they ending up finishing with a slower song, dancing to the song together.

as cheesy as it may sound, both boys enjoyed it.

now it was late, the sky was dark and the moon and stars were out.

yunho and mingi sat in their parked car on a hill, with the sunroof open.

they peacefully watched the stars together.

"mingi, how was your first date in a while?" yunho questioned, making sure not to be too loud so he wouldn't ruin the mood.

"it was amazing, yunho. you are literally the best boyfriend ever." mingi smiled slightly, pushing himself closer to yunho.

yunho took mingi in his lap. "you're so adorable, mingi. i love you."

"i love you too."

they continued to watch the stars in each other's arms.

oh, how they loved today.

i really like rainbow and life is still going on by nct dream.

i don't know why, they're just good songs.

i know. that was random. but they were stuck in my head while i wrote this.
