~tiny time skip lol~

sapnap, george and dream were on discord chatting, while doing some minecraft parkour. the trio were trying to come up with videos ideas but were failing miserably.

"how about we make it so everytime you kill a mob 100 more spawn." george suggested,
"that's already been done before." dream sighed.
"you can only have one bar of hunger?" he suggested again.
"i don't know, maybe." dream replied.
"look we've been at this for hours and have come up with nothing. let's just leave it for tonight." sapnap chimed in.
"yeah you're right." george agreed with him, which was rare.

the three friends moved on to bed wars, failing miserably before a familiar voice joined the call,

"hey guys!" ava beamed.
"hey a!"
"hey av!"
hey ava!"

"wow you all just progressively use more letters of my name." she giggled at the 3 nicknames,
"anyway, why are you all up? george it's 10am for you and i have no idea if you've slept, clay it's 5am here and nick it's 4am for you."

"when she knows our time zones." george teased pretending to blush, making everyone laugh, "and i'll have you know that i haven't slept yet." he added.

"ava why are you up?" clay questioned.
"i needed to catch up on some school work." she smiled.
"oh yeah i forget you're a child who goes to school." clay joked.
"i'm less than 2 weeks younger than nick!" ava defended.
"compared to your short life, 2 weeks is a long time." george teased.
"okay, whatever." she scoffed.
"anyway, what's it like at school now considering everyone knows what you look like now online?" clay asked.

"it sucks to be honest, i'm constantly asked about you guys, or if they can be in my streams," she started to rant, "i mean seriously, these people have never even liked me but as soon as they look at my sub count their like yeah she'd be good to have around. AND if they aren't doing that they want me to call you guys so they can talk to you. i get wanted to talk to your favourite cc's but it's so annoying. i just wanna get my work done and leave." she sighed.

"oh yeah that sucks a." clay said, his voice genuine for once.
"i'm sorry ava, that must be super annoying." george said as well.
"next time just punch them." sapnap joked.
"good idea nick." the brunette girl laughed.
"oh and on top of that, my cars not working so i need to walk 40 minutes to school." the girl complained.
"i find it so weird you drive and i don't." george added.
"i'll drop you off." clay butted in.
"really?"
"of course!"
"thank you!"

the four of them played bed wars together, now on a winning streak after ava joined. i guess the first thing she ever said to them was true. she was amazing at bed wars.
they played for a couple hours, until the early hours of the morning before they all said goodbye and went to sleep.

ava woke up at around 11am and went to make breakfast, unfortunately burning it in the process.

ava went to get changed and do her makeup. she text sapnap to let him know she wouldn't be able to facetime for awhile and she'd call him when she got back.
clay came to pick her up and they went to the diner they used to go to every friday when they were both still in high school.

"oh my god, i missed this place. i haven't been in ages." ava said as clay parked the car.
"i know, it's been what, over a year?" he asked.
"must be." she agreed.

the two of them went in and got a table, not even having to look at the menu.

"i'm so excited, i missed their burgers." ava beamed.
"remember when you ate 5 because i said you couldn't?" clay chuckled.
"it's not my fault you underestimated me." she deadpanned.

the both ordered the cheese burgers and a lemonade, the same meal they used to get every time.

"so anything new going on with you?" he asked.
"not since we spoke last night."
"oh, you know who reached out to me?" clay rolled his eyes,
"who?" ava asked intrigued.
"callum." he deadpanned.
"no way, what did he say?" ava questioned.

callum her first boyfriend, what a dickhead.

"he wanted to know how you are, but you changed your number." clay explained.
"what did you say?"
"i said there must be a reason you didn't get given it." clay scoffed.
"did he reply?" she asked again.
"yeah but i ignored him."
"good good, don't give him my new number, please." her demeanour had changed.
"i won't don't worry a."

there it was again. her mood had changed.

the two ate their meal, reminiscing on the times when they'd come all the time. the pair had been friends for so long and their mutual respect and love for each other was incredibly clear.
clay had been there for ava through so much, especially when the whole ordeal happened with her parents. he helped her move and helped her with rent for a while.
and ava helped him through his past breakup and when people were giving him tons of hate online.
the two were always there for each other no matter what.
