ava woke up to the smell of bacon, and an empty bed. she smiled to herself, knowing exactly what sapnap was up to in the kitchen.
she walked through to where he was and snuck up behind him,
"boo!"
"fuck!"

ava started wheezing and sapnap had the most terrified look on his face,
"did i scare you?" she giggled.
"YES!" he whisper yelled.
"good." she said sitting down at the counter, "good morning."
"yeah yeah, good morning to you too." he rolled his eyes.

ava scrolled through her phone, twitter was pretty quiet for once. just some daily dnf content.

"here you go, m'lady." he said passing her a plate of bacon, sausages and egg.
"thank you!" she smiled, "so what do you want to do today?"
"just watch movies?" he asked.
"sure."
they ate their breakfast while chatting about random things and enjoying each others company.

ava went upstairs to change into joggers and a hoodie while sapnap made some popcorn to eat while they binge watched movies.

the sat down on the couch, cuddled up under a blanket and went on the hunt for something good to watch.

"you're hogging the popcorn." sapnap flicked the back of avas head.
"rude!" she scoffed, handing him the bowl.
"thank you." he smiled.
"yeah yeah." she rolled her eyes.
"i don't get what's scary about this movie?" he asked, they'd decided to watch what lies beneath.
"it's not a horror, it's thriller." ava said.
"i don't understand, what's the difference?"
"this won't give you nightmares." she deadpanned.
just then sapnap jumped up from a jump scare,
"OKAY THAT WAS SCARY!"
"a picture frame fell, nick. what the hell was scary about that?" she giggled looking up at him.
"i didn't expect it!" he huffed.
"well prepare yourself, it falls like 20 times throughout the whole movie." she continued to giggle.

they continue to watch the movie, sapnap jumping at almost anything even though he was the one that claimed it wasn't scary.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK YOU SPOOKY LITTLE BASTARD!" ava could hear him yell from the bathroom.
"what happened?" she asked coming back over to the couch.
"she was spying on the neighbour with binoculars and he disappeared but when she looked back he was staring at her through the window!" he explained.
"i see." she giggled, lying down on the couch and laying her head on his lap.
"i regret letting you pick this movie." he scoffed.
"you can pick the next one."

sapnap kept yelling at the tv every time there was a tiny bit of tension, he held on to avas hand a squeezed it tight every time he got nervous, ava just giggled at him.

once the 2 hour movie that caused him to go crazy has finally ended he decided on a more upbeat movie, tangled.

"we are watching tangled!" he proudly announced, selecting the movie on disney +.
"sounds good!" ava beamed.
"now unlike the horrible movie you picked out, this is a wholesome movie where two people fall in love." he sighed contently.
"she's been kidnapped and locked in a tower for 18 years, what's wholesome about that?" ava deadpanned.
"ignore that part." he huffed.

they watched tangled and sapnap fell asleep within the first 30 minutes, ava paused it since he'd been so eager to watch it so they could finish it together later.
she went to get up but couldn't, sapnap had wrapped his arm around her and not wanting to wake him up, she didn't move.

she saw clay was live so she joined, when he noticed she was in the chat he told her to join a vc.

"hi!" she whispered.
"why are you whispering?" he asked confused.
"sapnap is asleep next to me." she explained quietly.
"i see, just yell and wake him up!" he chuckled.
"no!"
"anyway, why's he asleep? it's 4pm." clay questioned.
"he fell asleep while we were watching tangled." she giggled.
"the kids movie?" he wheezed.
"yeah, we watched what lies beneath, so he wanted to watch a less scary movie after."
"oh i love what lies beneath!" clay beamed.
"wanna watch it again when you come back round?" she asked.
"hell yeah!"

the spoke for a while, dream was practicing for mcc and ava was mostly just talking to chat. it had been about an hour when sapnap started to wake up so ava left the call.

"good evening, sleep head." she joked.
"mhm." he hummed.
"you wanna order some food?" she asked.
"mhm." he repeated.
"okay, chinese, your usual?" she asked. "don't say mhm again." she laughed.
"yeah." he mumbled.
"alrighty." she smiled.

she ordered the food and it came pretty quickly, they ate it while finishing watching tangled, then they watched frozen, then moana before heading to bed. falling asleep wrapped in each others arms.
