I open my heavy eyes to see the familiar inside of the castle turret. I lay for a few minutes, allowing my body to wake up, and my brain to start thinking. Day five of building a castle. All is well. I think Dream may be coming to help out today.
I stand up, changing out of my nightclothes into my royal wears. Lastly, I place the crown on top of my head. The silver thorns shimmer as I stand in the mirror, and I make a few last adjustments.
I hoist myself down the ladder, and down to the floor level. I open the door, and out into the morning sun. Looks like I'm first awake today as I grab stone bricks from the chest between the two turrets.
I work in silence, aside from my breathing and placing of the bricks. Of course, this nice silence has to be broken eventually. And it just so happens to be broken by somebody speaking to me.
"Y/N? Do you need any help with that?" I turn at their voice, making eye contact with my TNT buddy. Gogynotfound! Hooray! "Oh, sure. Only if you want to though," I mask my happiness, although my eyes probably brightened when I saw him.
He walks over, his footfalls light, and I pass over a stack of bricks. "If you need anymore, just ask me," I notify. "Alright, thank you Y/N," George smiles at me and walks over to an unfinished part of the castle, beginning to build.
I restart the same activity, placing my bricks. We work quietly, occasionally making stupid jokes at the other. I feel a small smile on my face, fitting with the environment.
"Hey George," I start. "Yeah?" "What if chickens that shit all the time we're called shitkens. Like shit on guys named Ken. That would be funny, I think."
Instead of a proper response, George bursts with laughter. Soon enough I join, leaning on the wall I'm working on so I don't fall. I look up as I feel arms around me, paired with a heaving chest.
I see George, hugging me as he laughs, a genuine smile spread across his lightly freckled face. "Shitkens may exist George," I manage to say between heaves, only leaving us laughing harder, and me being squeezed more.
I reach up and wrap an arm around his neck, covering George's entire right side with my cape. Miraculously, my crown is still on, despite all the laughter and jostling.
I finally ease out of laughing, and George does the same, releasing me from his grip at last. I stand up properly, and adjust his glasses up so they're on top of his head. "There, now I can see your face, Goggle Boy," I say, looking into his brown eyes.
George returns the gesture by tucking my hair behind my ears. "There, now I can see your face, Crown Girl," he mimics, also returning the gaze into my eyes.
Brown and e/c connect, staying with each other for about 7 seconds, before a door is heard opening. My gaze slips behind Goggles, and I see the one and only, Eret.
George takes the words right out of my mouth and shouts, "Mornin' sleeping beauty! You missed the shitken talk!" I wheeze at George's last words, and he smiles at me.
"Sh-shitken? Did I hear that right?!" George nods, adorning a shit eating grin. "I'm glad I missed it then," Eret calls out as he digs through the chest for materials. "You missed the high point of my month, what do you mean?!" I shout to him, and all I hear in response is a chuckle.
Eret walks over with his wewd (PLEASE MY FELLOW BOBBYDUKE FRIENDS UNDERSTAND THIS) and begins filling in areas that are ready for it. George and I return to building walls, instead this time George works on interior walls whereas I work on the outside walls.

"There you are," I hear a sigh of relief behind me, and I turn.
Dream.
"I was looking for you, Georgie! You had me worried," the green clade man says, the mentioned boy walking up to him. "We should get home before Bad gets upset that you missed dinner. He's making some kind of stew tonight."
"Hm, I'll be a few minutes, you can go ahead of me, Dream," George tells him, and Dream nods. "Alright."
Eret, already having had gone in to shelter from the light snow, was nowhere to be seen, so it's just George and I. "Hey," he says once Dream is out of sight. "Hi."
"That was fun today, I'll try to be over tomorrow too," he mentions, musing his hair. "And that's what I like to call a POGCHAMPERS MOMENT!" I shout, and Goggles giggles at me.
"But seriously, I had fun too. And I look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Goggle Boy," I affirm him, smirking in the process.
He turns to leave, but pauses. He takes off his goggles and slides them onto my face- without poking out my eyes surprisingly. "Cya tomorrow Y/N," he grins, and leaves. I see him trot to catch up to Dream as he turns the corner, and I trail, going to my turret.
I walk slowly, reminiscing the day with each footfall. I feel free, almost. Keyword: almost. I feel like somethings keeping me wrapped up before I breath clean air, like inhaling air that's been smoked in 5 minutes earlier.
I burrow this feeling down in my, appreciating the freedom I feel now. I open the wooden door, and fall onto my bed, kicking off my boots. My cape covers my body, and I place my crown haphazardly onto a nearby chest.
I let the warm fuzz building up in my head take over, and my world turns darker as I loose my consciousness.
